The Pacific has a way of slowing things down - and this two-bedroom apartment in Nuevo Vallarta leans right into that. Pool and garden views reach you from inside, the hammock is already waiting on the patio, and the kind of unhurried coastal rhythm the Riviera Nayarit is known for starts the moment you arrive.

 

The space

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms give up to 5 guests room to spread out without feeling on top of each other. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable through warm coastal days, and room-darkening shades mean mornings are yours to control. A dedicated workspace and Wifi are available when you need them, and the TV is there for easy evenings in. The single-level layout - no internal stairs - makes moving around effortless for everyone.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests across 3 beds. Extra pillows, blankets, and bed linens are provided, and a safe is available in the unit for storing valuables.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for proper home cooking - refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a stove, alongside cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. Barbecue utensils are on hand for when you fire up the BBQ grill outside. Pull a chair up to the dining table for a slow breakfast, or wind down over a home-cooked dinner with no reservations required.

 

Outdoor & shared spaces

The patio or balcony comes furnished with outdoor seating, a hammock, and views over the garden and pool - an easy place to start or end any day. The building's pool gives you a cool-down option steps from the front door, and resort access extends your options further. Beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - are provided so you can head straight to the coast. Bikes and a kayak are also available for exploring further afield.

 

Family-friendly features

Younger guests are well catered for - a crib, pack 'n play, children's books and toys, children's dinnerware, and window guards are all available in the apartment.

 

Practical amenities

Self check-in via lockbox keeps arrival simple. A free parking garage on the premises and free street parking are both available if you're driving in. The building has an elevator, and luggage drop-off is allowed for early arrivals or late departures. Hangers, clothing storage, a hair dryer, cleaning products, and bathroom essentials cover the day-to-day. Long-term stays are also welcome.

 

Location

Nuevo Vallarta runs along the Pacific coast of the Riviera Nayarit - warm, tropical, and easy-going year-round. The coastline is close and unhurried, and restaurants, cafés, and local spots are within reach whenever you're ready to explore beyond the property.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. -Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium. Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay. -Check In: 3:00 p.m. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). -Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. -The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment. -Parking is subject to availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



Other Things to Note:

The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. -The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 4 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost, approximately 15 * dlls per person per night. -The basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -The amenities provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Barbecue is subject to availability and must be reserved 24 hours in advance. -Parking is for one car only -Pets are not allowed -No guests allowed -The amenities of the condominium, such as the pool, spa, gym, games room and cinema are not under the administration and responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta, due to its constant development, is prone to construction close to the condominiums, generating noise during the day. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning service or washing or change of linens during your stay. -The kitchen is also equipped with the basic kitchen utensils: plates, glasses, cups and cutlery. You will also find kitchen appliances such as coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. -Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. -Each excess kW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. -The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
