Who is in a quiet neighborhood the house had everything we needed well stocked comfortable quiet perfect close to family

Visiting grandparents for the Holiday and this rental was as close as we could get to their community. Absolutely perfect rental house. Echoing other reviews, everything is clean, well maintained and so much thought was put into the guest experience. You always worry about linens, paper products, coffee pot, soap, toiletries, etc. Literally everything you could possibly ever need is provided.Family loved the pool, spa and fire pit. Close enough to walk to a great park, even a great basketball court at the end of the street. White Tank is not far and really beautiful hiking and picnic areas. Also close to all the suburban shopping and restaurants you could ever need. Even a new public pool with slides and diving near by. Great community.

What a beautiful home. We could not have been more comfortable during our stay. From the living room furniture to the beds, everything was superior quality. The kitchen was very well stocked with every utensil/appliance you need and the backyard area was beautiful. Multiple family members spoke during our stay about how much we wished we could just bring the home back with us, and that if we ever built a home, this would be the model we used. We would definitely book this house again.

The photos don't do this one justice! We all agreed this was the best VRBO any of us had stayed at. The backyard was so nice we ended up staying in and grilling instead of going out for dinner. Hostess was extremely responsive. Definitely will be booking for our next trip to Surprise.

I don't want to tell you how fabulous this house is because you will want to stay here. We were blown away with how comfortable this home is - we felt right at home. A perfect place for friends and/or family. The backdoor has an alarm signaling the door open and the pool close in case you have little ones and need to be watchful. As adults it was a bit of a pain to override the alarm, dash out the door, and shut it before the alarm went off. As a grandparent, I was so happy such a mechanism was in place. The house had everything we needed. Absolutely fantastic!

This is the best vacation home we have ever rented. Very clean and beautifully appointed. Great beds, TV/Streaming works smoothly and efficiently. Comfortable living spaces! Beautiful pool, warm and welcoming. All kitchen need provided. Was easy to book. We’ll be back…

We really enjoyed this spot! Everything was as described, and we had no issues, except on initially arriving there was a problem with the screen being locked. However, the manager came promptly to assist us and we had no further issues. I would definitely recommend this and think our issue was a one off.

We love this house so much that we are looking to buy one like it with the same floor plan. House was super clean an stocked with things I thought would be extra. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The backyard with the Spa and pool was the reason we picked this home and we’re not disappointed. Hope to book it again soon.

The house and backyard with pool, were perfect for our group of 5 and had everything we needed.

It was even nicer than the photos! So homey and they thought of everything! We'll be back. :)
