Stayed Jan 14, 2025This was a really nice place. It was very spacious and not cluttered. At first we were concerned about the area of town but we met neighbors and never felt uncomfortable with the area we were in.Daytime outside could sometimes be a little noisy but by dark times were quieter The location was pretty rough but it fit bill for being in the historic area of town. Stayed Feb 17, 2025We were a little apprehensive before arriving but the reviews were hard to ignore. Upon arriving, the neighborhood is a little misleading. The street noise is something we had to get used to. We would suggest ear plugs at night. The apartment was spacious and well maintained. Just know that there a lot of stairs but this allows for a lot of privacy. Eunice was a jewel to work with. She was quickly responsive and went out of her way to assist us. The neighbors were also helpful. We never felt unsafe. We loved the location. We would stay there again.
