Pool overlooking Mission Bay!

Nice, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. While walking outside everyone says hello. Location of the property is also very convenient. Bruce was extremely helpful when he received us at the property. He took his time and explained all the necessary details of the house. Had an excellent experience both with the accommodation and the hosts. Thank you Susan and Bruce!

This property was beautiful, safe area and close to everything. Enjoyed the Pink concert, beach , Old Town and The Mission restaurant!

Was everything we needed. Hot tub was a nice way to end the evening. Didn't have to drive to far to get to everything we needed.

Three adult couples shared this home which is close to everything including the airport, but feels quiet and secluded. Pool and hot tub were enjoyed and the house was pleasantly stocked with all the essentials for a short vacation. Thanks again for everything Bruce and Susan.

The home was beautiful, very classy and welcoming. There is a great balcony view of Mission Bay. We loved the location. It was a quiet and safe neighborhood which was just minutes from the freeway access. This made it very simple to travel all over San Diego and the outlying beaches. We'd definitely stay here again.

This narrow, 3-story freestanding house feels more like a high end townhome. Contemporary decor, well equipped. The pool and spa are the stand-outs—pretty, heats up quickly, plenty of towels and easily accessible from 2 floors!

The house was far better than we imagined with touches around the house that gave it a far homier feel. Bruce was amazing and walked us through the entire property upon our arrival and even gave us suggestions for places to visit. It was the perfect house for a staycation while being close to just about everything we wanted to do. I would suggest using bug spray if you decide to sit in the hot tub as we all were devoured by mosquitoes. The house itself had a very private and secluded feel and had every comfort of home. We have every intention of returning and would rent this house again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was family friendly with plenty of space to cook, eat together and enjoy each other’s company in the evenings after long days of exploring beautiful San Diego.

We really enjoyed the home in Bay Park. 3 very nice bedrooms that were comfortable for 3 couples. Close to grocery store and airport. Very quiet neighborhood. It was great to have the pool and spa in the backyard. The kitchen was also set up well. A/c units worked well to cool off the kitchen and master bedroom.
