Stayed May 28, 2026We loved our stay!! The scenery was beautiful. We had breakfast out on the deck. It was so refreshing. There were plenty of fun things for the kids to do in the village without ever having to leave it. Our host was great! We had our privacy, while also being able to reach out and ask questions. Very responsive and nice. The property was very clean and easy to access. The price was beyond fair for everything you get access to. I have no complaints.

Stayed Jun 2, 2026Such a quiet and relaxing stay! Yasmin was a great host made it so easy. Very comfortable and very clean, had everything we needed. Loved that there was a little path to the Coronado Center with the pool and a sweet spot overlooking the lake. Highly recommend Debra’s for breakfast, Home Plate Cafe for dinner and dessert. Lake Balboa Beach is a fun spot for swimming, sand castle building, park playing, and walking trails. Magic Springs is also a short drive but worth it if you have kids on the trip. Especially if you go during the week. No lines! Thank you for an awesome trip!

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Perfectly clean and quaint location for a chill lakeside weekend or a base of operations for a HSV golf trip. We had a great time, and the check-in / check-out couldn't have been easier. Host was a great communicator and is local so she can help out if any issues arise (none did). Would gladly rent this one again without hesitation.

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We chose the townhouse because it had two kings bedrooms and the listing stated two bath rooms with a tub or shower. When we arrived at the property we discovered only one bathroom with a tub and shower. Because it was a holiday weekend we couldn’t find accommodations elsewhere. We didn’t feel the listing was accurate.
