PET POLICY — PRE-APPROVAL REQUIRED



One adult small-to-medium dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval.



Before booking with a pet, please message us with:



• Breed

• Weight

• Age



We do not allow puppies, large/high-shedding breeds, cats or other animals.



Approved dogs must be house-trained, current on flea and tick prevention and kenneled when left unattended. Dogs are not permitted on furniture, beds or in the pool. A pet fee applies.





IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW



• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old

• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests

• No parties, events or large gatherings

• No smoking

• Indoor fireplace is decorative only and fires are not permitted

• Outdoor fire pit is available, but firewood is not provided

• Pool heat is provided, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed during unusually cold weather

• Garage is not available for guest use

• Free driveway parking is available

• Starter supplies are provided and may not last for the entire stay

• Items that may occasionally be available in the outdoor storage area are not guaranteed
