Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day.

Here you will find a large pool, hot tub, a BBQ gas grill for delicious family afternoons, yard games, a gas fire pit, and more. Also, located right next to the large St. Joseph River, enjoy the views from the house, or up close with our provided kayaks.

Pool Notes: Enjoy the heated pool, maintained at 85°F from May 15th to Memorial Day, maintained to at least 80°F between Memorial Day and Labor Day. Again maintained to 85°F after Labor Day until October 15, after which, it will be closed for the season (temperatures mentioned above assumes the solar cover gets put on after each use).

✔Door Alarms - all guest assessible exterior doors equipped with door alarms (upon booking, a digital guidebook will be sent with instructions in the House Manual on how to use the door alarms)
- three settings 1) off 2) doorbell like chime upon opening 3) siren when door is open
✔ Fence - there is a fence around the entire backyard
✔ On both sides of the house, there is a gate, but children under the age of 8-10 can't get through those gates, so they can't walk around the house to get to the pool
✔ Street Gate - there is a big gate behind the shed of the side street - we don't keep this locked as we have pool maintenance people in and out all the time, but we put a padlock on the gate, so if you want lock it off so kids can't go in or out, the code to the pad lock is the same as the guest code for the doors

This property is protected by Arlo’s Video Security System (outdoors only).

To be respectful of the neighbors , please be mindful of noise levels between 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Any complaints from neighbors will incur a $50 fee enforceable by renting the property.

Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.~~~
