Newly added game room: Enjoy hours of entertainment with a ping pong table, arcade basketball game, and a comfortable lounge setup - great for kids and adults alike.

You’ll also have full access to the new game room, complete with a ping pong table, arcade basketball, and lounge seating for entertainment and relaxation.

Please note that quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9:00 PM. The basketball game and all game room activities must not be used late at night, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels respectful at all times to avoid disturbing neighbors.



No Pets - $500 fine

While we love animals, please note that pets are not permitted at this property. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and ensures the comfort of future guests, especially those with allergies.

Any unannounced pets brought onto the property will result in additional charges per night and may lead to the immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Due to the home’s proximity to canyon/open-space areas and San Diego fire safety regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors on the property, including patios and yard areas.

To help keep our guests and property safe, we’ve installed a security camera on the outside front door of the unit. This camera is outdoor-only and do not record any interior spaces. Your privacy is fully respected inside the home.

The house is equipped with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector for your safety.

This property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that tracks noise levels (without recording sounds) and alerts the host or host’s agents if the noise exceeds acceptable levels.
