Stayed May 16, 2025I wouldn't let my dog sleep in a home managed by Patriot Family Homes. If I could leave a negative star review I would. Upon arrival it was evident that the listing for the property I rented was intentionally misleading. It showed multiple photos of another property maintained by the company, it the one I was renting. Entering the house immediately smelled of mold and the first thing you see if the window AC unit was disgusting. There was an obvious leak in the house that the owners or company decided to try to hide by painting over it. I called the company and told them of the mold smell and obvious uncleanliness of the property. The manager stated he couldn't do anything about it and that he didn't see any issues with the photos I provided. I was informed the best they could do is send someone out to inspect the home. I had a newborn in the home and did not feel safe to stay at this property so I had to spend additionally money on a new place to sleep since the manager didn't see fit for a refund. Additionally, no one ever arrived to the property to inspect it nor did the company reach out to me for an update. If you value your health and peace of mind I would rent elsewhere.
