Pool House! Sweet Sunny Retreat- Both Houses

Between both homes there are 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 14 guests, 3 modern bathrooms, and two well-appointed kitchens. Immerse yourself in Savannah's popular attractions like Forsyth Park and River Street just a short drive away. Experience the best of both worlds – relaxation, and exploration!

Our pool is open year-round and is not heated. Please inquire if you have questions.

Main house: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests.
Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool.

House 2: Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. This charming space boasts a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom, a full bathroom with a shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals. Need extra sleeping space No worries! The living room features a cozy sofa bed for additional guests.
Head out back and enjoy days in the sun lounging in the pool, open all year but not heated.

NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!
