Bringing a larger group Search Pool House #2 on Airbnb to book the house next door.

The first bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and a twin bed on the top. The living room has a sleeper sofa that is shorter then a standard full and would be good additional sleeping for a younger guest. There is an extra large carafe coffee maker, a BBQ grill, plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit. We have multiple properties within walking distance of eachother. The house is off a well maintained county dirt road suitable for any vehicle. We do recommend having a spare tire and equipment to change a tire.

There are a few other rentals in the neighborhood, please be respectful of your noise level after sunset.
We do not supply charcoal or firewood, you will need to bring some or purchase locally.
There is a large
ravine in the back yard as well as a pool and many sharp cactus therefore we recommend young children have supervision at all times while outdoors.
Please take a moment to ensure your guest count is accurate at the time of booking.

PLEASE BRING DRINKING WATER OR PLAN TO PURCHASE IN TOWN. The water source for the home is untreated well water. It is fine for showering, washing dishes, etc.

Please be advised that use of any outdoor cooking equipment in or near any building structures (to include balconies, awnings, porches, etc.) is strictly prohibited as it presents a fire hazard. Any use of outdoor cooking equipment must take place on flat ground and a minimum of 20 ft away from any building structures on the property. Upon completion of cooking on any outdoor cooking equipment, guests must immediately and thoroughly extinguish the heat source.

Guests must use caution while walking on the property, especially at night when it can be very dark. Guests need to be alert while outside to avoid tripping on rocks, or contacting local vegetation (cacti, etc.) and animals (snakes, etc.). Guests, their children, and pets are strictly prohibited from entering within 15 feet of the edge of any cliff, arroyo, crevasse, overhang or similar elevated drop off.Guests assume responsibility/risk for exploring the property.


Strict PET POLICY:
Pets are welcome but they must be included on your reservation at the time of booking. If you are booking for two people and one pet, please ensure that the pet is shown when you reach the confirm and pay screen. We ask that you and your pet adhere to the following rules.
Dogs are not allowed on the bedding or furniture. Pets are not to be left unattended in the room unless crated. You will be billed for any damages caused by pets in your reservation.

Please make sure that umbrellas are closed during windy conditions, and at your time of checkout. If umbrellas are damaged due to being left open, you will be billed for a replacement umbrella.

NO CONFETTI ALLOWED. There will be a $100 charge for us to clean up confetti.

This property is under a dark sky ordinance. Help keep the dark skies dark, turn outdoor lights off at night when not in use.

No extra guests are allowed on property beyond the total number of guests that are booked on the reservation without prior permission. Anyone who will be on the property must be added to the guest count and included in the reservation.
We do have an option to add an extra guest fee for guests counts past 7, this covers water usage, trash, laundry, wear and tear as well as housekeeping.

**NOTE** this house has well water that can, at times, have a strong sulfur smell. This is not abnormal, and not harmful.

Late checkouts without prior approval may be billed for an additional night if it interferes with our housekeepers ability to get started on time.

    Host was welcoming and helpful. Home was neat and clean, comfortable landing spot for our big bend excursions with great outdoor space for star gazing at night.

    Very nice place. Large covered patio. Plenty of adirondack chairs, a nice fire pit, BBQ grill, washer/dryer, and the pool! The pool was so refreshing! Very clean. The inside was clean, comfy beds, all the essentials. A water filtration system would be nice. We had to bring 6 cases of water. But this is stated in the description. If you have small children they'll love the pool, but no place to play. Every plant and bush there will hurt you badly! But, hey, this is the desert. Also, a good drop-off into a canyon so watch those kids! But for adults, the canyon adds to the beautiful view! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again next year!

    When you spend 12 plus hours in the park daily hiking etc, you look forward to a nice place to stay with all the comforts of a home. It was clean, fully stocked, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms is a plus. And having a nice outside area to relax and watch the stars was a perfect ending to each evenings.
