Hosts were always available. We really enjoyed this rental. Has everything you would need.Clean and comfy beds. Updated and great location.

The hosts were great and quick to answer any questions that we had. They also made our stay so easy with the clear instructions and recommendations of restaurants. The home was clean and orderly and would highly recommend staying here! The yard was spacious and picturesque. We did not use the pool as it was December however the spa was lovely in the cool evenings. Also a shout out for having fans for white noise as we usually end up purchasing them on our vacations :)

House was great and hosts were very easy to work with

The property was perfect for our family. It was in a nice, safe neighborhood close to stores , shops, and with quick access to main highways. It was private, clean, and had many tools that allowed us to use the kitchen to make meals each day. While we didn't use the pool, the spa was wonderful. We also enjoyed time around the firepit with beautiful views of the night sky and mountains. Check in and out was easy and communication with the gosts was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house. Well appointed with every needed for a great stay. Host extremely responsive which was excellent. Pool was spotless and clean. Directions to manage everything on labels and QR codes perfect! Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great location and place was cute. Only thing was the sheet in one of the rooms had a stain on it but over all everything else was perfect!

Nice spot, near downtown, great pool and hot tub.

The house was bigger than what the two of us needed and better than a hotel room for five days. It was great to have the ability to cook our own meals rather than eating out all the time. The house has everything you need and more. My son was in a golf tournament nearby and it was great to have the pool to come back and jump into with the extremely hot weather. Great communication with the host. Always had a reply within minutes. Thanks very much.

My wife and I loved the house. The house itself is well furnished, great beds, high end appliance, and the pool is perfect. Hosts are thorough a responsive. Was a great location - so close to Scottsdale and the golf courses I played. Would strongly recommend.

This house was everything it said and more! It’s in a great location, central to everything we did. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The instruction were clear and easy to follow. The back yard was perfect to have a chill day by the pool! The host was readily available! I would definitely stay here again.

Proximity to grocery store, theaters, parks, all excellent. Space is clean and well put together, kitchen is stocked very well with everything you need to dine in well.

The property was exactly as presented online. The house was clean, well maintained and the team managing the rental were very responsive.

First time to the area and this was a great spot for us. House was great. Wonderful master suite. Beds were comfortable and supportive. Well stocked kitchen. Nice to have a garage to pull into at night. House is on a main road right next to a school. We could hear some traffic but it did not bother us. We did not pay to heat pool, but used the hot tub. Strict quiet hours/limits on hot tub use, but we were able to work within the guidelines. Just make sure you are aware of them prior to booking. Location worked for us. Quiet area - yet we felt fairly close to everything. I will definitely bookmark this property for any future trips!

Right from the beginning, our hosts were always very helpful and prompt with any replies for any questions we ever had even before our stay! Great neighbourhood very safe. We went for many walks in the evening and felt very secure. Also we were close to everything from shopping centres restaurants to grocery stores. A very clean cute three bedroom with two baths beautiful pool area with an awesome hot tub and great size poo!! Definitely we would not hesitate to stay at any of their properties when we visit Phoenix again!!Thanks, Danny, Mia, Lila our Christmas was exactly what we wanted!

Loved the house, pool, location!

The house was everything we needed, 4 moms on a weekend getaway. It was easy to get a hold of the owners if needed. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe while there. Mcdonalds, coffee shop, and grocery store was a 7 min walk. The house and pool/hottub was very clean. We were very happy with our stay!
