Pool & HotTub & BBQ grill 3 Bedroom House 5 mins from Beach & Delray Downtown

I planned on renting this unit for 6 months and asked the host if it was okay to pay an increments as each deposit which would have been twice a month and the first month of every month I'd be able to extend longer with my disability and he was definitely okay with it and allowed us to come and move in cost me over a thousand change just to get in there he made us wait outside because cleaning people were there and I mean two to three hours in the heat. Then I tried to do an extension but my disability didn't hit yet which hits it early morning on the 1st but I called and I got my check being delivered two nights 1:00 in the morning which would leave us to Thursday and I offered a deposit so he would wait he didn't want to hear nothing started accusing of stuff that was being taken out of the house which I allowed him to see for himself before I packed it up his Maids were talking lies and treated me and my family so disrespectful and the cops did come and of course he was wrong that's why they let me go but I suggest you double take that a million times more before you suggest going to stay there because he'll get all he can from you make up some kind of messed up excuse and get you guys gone rid of by police. I would add photos of my stay because yeah everything looks up-to-date somewhat pool was dirty and it's his loss that he had very good tenants that were going to pay on time overtime and I even offered him personally he was going to take cash deposit to hold the place

It is very clean and updated. Good neighborhood. Good communication with owner. House is well supplied! It was a great homey feelwhile on vacation

Family friendly with hot tub, patio and lovely backyard. Beautiful Caloosa Park around the corner and 5 mins to the beach! The house is a beautiful open concept without feeling too open. Everyone had their own space and yet open in the main areas. Great neighborhood! Will definitely come back.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place stay. Everything was perfect!
