If you are looking for a one-stop-shop vacation, where you can walk, bike (rent bikes from our local bike delivery company Drifters!) or drive in just minutes to all of St. Augustine's most sought after attractions and venues, look no further!



Coming for a wedding All of St. Augustine's downtown venues are a short distance: The Lighter Museum, The Treasury, Flagler College, the Ice Plant, Casa Monica Hotel, the White Room, and many more!



This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a stunning backyard oasis with pool, heated jacuzzi, pool house and bar, screened in patio, laundry, 4 smart TVs with cable, off street parking, gorgeous renovated kitchen - the list goes on and on! Linens and towels included.



The Layout:

Master Bedroom: King size bed, walk in closet, Smart TV with cable + en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Second Bedroom: Queen size bed and Smart Tv with cable.

Third Bedroom: Queen size bed and Smart Tv with cable.

Guest Bathroom: Has a large walk in shower and is located in the hall between the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Half Bathroom: Located in the pool house in the backyard.



The Pool: The pool is not heated but the in ground hot tub jacuzzi is!! Pool towels provided! Umbrella not provided.



Propane Grill: Included with rental on back patio near pool.



Parking: There is no street parking allowed whatsoever, no exceptions. The neighbors/neighborhood will ticket and tow. We have approximately 3 off street parking spots depending on the size of your vehicles. These spots consist of white gravel. 2 spots are bumper to bumper, requiring you to pull 2 vehicles straight in towards the gate/fence, parallel along the left (north) side of the house. The 3rd spot is a parallel parking spot along the front of the house. All additional cars must be parked in other designated paid public parking lots.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $99. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1000 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($99 for $1000, $149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

The Neighborhood:

There is so much to explore in the neighborhood!



Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town and within a 15 minute walk of the front door! To name a few: Crave, Fish Camp, Ice Plant, Dog Rose Brewery, the views at Lake Maria Sanchez, and walking down Charlotte Street and St. George Street to take in the gorgeous turn-of-the-century homes.



Just a 20-25 minutes stroll north is historic King Street, where you can explore the most beautiful college campus in all of Florida, Flagler College! Just a block away is St. George Street, which is known for it's amazing shopping and restaurants! Nearby, picturesque Aviles Street is an art-collector's dream! Also located in this area are most of St. Augustine's special event venues like The Lightner Museum, The White Room, The Treasury and The Government House. I am more than happy to give recommendations. You will have an amazing time!



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car to get around, or there are local pedi-cabs you can call to pick you up if you're only traveling a short distance downtown.

WEEKLY SERVICES: There are various service providers that visit and maintain the exterior of the property on a weekly basis and the days they visit vary from week to week. These services include lawn care, exterior pest control, trash handling and where applicable, pool and spa cleaners. Some properties may have other specialty service providers. If you see them outside, they are just on site to do their job and keep the home in its best condition for the enjoyment of our guests.



Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

There is a Ring doorbell outside of the front door of the home and an exterior camera that monitors the backyard. There are no cameras inside this home whatsoever. These exterior cameras are in place for your safety and the security of the home.

    We are a family of four with two teen girls, and the house was perfect for us! It is about a 15-minute walk to downtown, but there are cute cafes closer by, too (like Ragga Surf Cafe and Cornerstone). Sadly, the weather was quite chilly, so we didn't get to make use of the backyard amenities. Thank you, Dani and the Euphoria team, for a great stay!

    This is a well kept beautiful property with all the amenities we could hope for as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The spa out back was comfortable and the pool was clean. The kitchen and main room were well decorated and comfortable. Dani was responsive and we would stay here again.

    Communication was spot on. The interior of the home was decorated and furnished so well. Bright and clean. They supplied everything you’d ever need to cook a meal. We stopped at Walmart for paper towels, tissue and toilet paper. I packed some washing machine pods and dishwasher pods. We used the grill one night. Used the pool everyday. It’s so well done. Just beautiful. The outdoor fireplace added to the romantic ambience. We are in our 60’s and went in August so it was very hot. We wouldn’t call it in walking distance to downtown. We took a Lyft everyday but it might be if you’re young. Overall would highly recommend. We appreciated the 3 bed 2 bath as we had 4 adults.

    I wished that we were told a lot of the rules before renting walking in and seeing little signs everywhere with threats of more charges was Very off putting. The pictures of the outside is very deceiving the pool area was not cleaned up like the picture showed. The pool felt slimy on the bottom with all the leaves and debris in the pool just didn’t feel clean did ask when it was going to be cleaned but was told to leave the vacuum in which wasn’t working I was looking forward to the outdoors. But just couldn’t get comfortable I wish that this review was better I am a review reader before I rent is why I felt I had leave this review.

    We spent 4 days with our son and 3 grandsons and it was the perfect place for us. Close to restaurants and historic sites and a quick drive to the beach. The home was in great condition, fully stocked kitchen and nice to have laundry room. We all loved the pool & hot tub. They provided pool towels, chairs and a gas grill. So nice to relax after our time touring St Augustine by swimming and cooking at the house. Definitely recommend this place.

    There were three of us staying for a mini vacation to St. Augustine. We loved the home and its location was close enough to walk to town - a great convenience. Home was clean and well appointed. We used the hot tub everyday and it was very relaxing. Everything we needed was provided including clear instructions and recommendations on restaurants and attractions. Rental team was very responsive and proactively communicated with us to ensure everything was OK. Highly recommend this home and team.
