Everything was great

We loved the place and all of the amenities, including a hot tub, pool, and game room. Comfortable beds too!

The house has been updated and is very clean. Bedrooms are large, with good beds and bedding. The master bedroom was perfect for my nephew who is a large 6'2! We didn't use the pool, only the hot tub which was nice. The deck around the pool could use a layer of stain but overall okay. Kitchen/eating area is laid out well; the ice maker needs to be in working order. Family room is comfortable for relaxing and watching T.V.

This is a perfect home for your stay in Austin. Close enough to downtown for a great night, but far enough away for some peaceful days. The pool and game room were great, and overall the home was perfect for our needs. Would recommend to anyone staying in Austin.

Great location, clean, roomy enough for family to come visit and have a great time

The home is very spacious and clean. There were plenty of things to do at the home to keep everyone occupied that we didn’t see a need to go out anywhere else (aside from what we came to Austin for). Plenty of rooms for our needs. Our guests included my husband, me, our 6 year old daughter and friend husband and wife. Colby was extremely responsive when we booked, provided clear check in and out instructions and answered promptly when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The hot tub jets could've been a little better but the pool was very clean and perfect to cool off after a day of fun in the sun. Would definitely stay here again.

I rented the property for my out of town family to stay and used it host other family, friends, and a party for my daughter's HS graduation (10 graduates, and approx 10 adults/guests). The house was beautiful, clean, and in a nice area. There was plenty of parking on the street. We stayed the Thursday - Wed of Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, daily. We sat outside under the outdoor fan as we talked, laughed, and made new memories. It stormed one night, so we went inside and played games.Our only hiccup was that we had to stop using the outdoor grill on Sat and continue the cooking inside. It's older and although the bottom was covered in foil to cover up holes in the bottom of the grill, the oil from burgers and sausage kept burning the foil. We appreciated having an extinguisher even though we didn't have to use it.Between the front porch, game room, large living room, and back porch, there was so much room for everyone to have space and enjoy different activities at once. Everyone loved the space and I got tons of compliments.

The home was very clean and as described in the listing. Communication was easy and check in and out was seamless. The only downside was that the pool wasn't clean when we arrived on Monday. Pool cleaners come once a week on Wednesday. However, I would stay at this house again. The location was great, easy to get to everything.

Spacious, nice, clean, & having all expected necessities (plenty towels & pillows, necessary appliances, etc.). Check-in/out was fast, easy, & seamless. Communication w/owner top-notch!

Extremely clean and as advertised.

The location was everything it was advertised to be. House is located on a cul-de-sac with little to no traffic whatsoever. The pool and hot tub were great! The house was well equipped with all the things we needed for cooking all week. A great place with some great hosts highly recommend and appreciate the hospitality.

Great property in a fantastic location. Property manager was easy to get a hold of and communicative.

Overall the place was great. Close to many activities and family that we were visiting. When there was a problem the manager fixed it in a timely manner.

Good: The home was cozy and the space was enough for my family of six. There is plenty beds & room for sleeping, seating, and dining. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep and coffee. Lots of lighting, spacious garage with ping pong table and washer & dryer for doing your laundry. Bad: The master bedroom’s shower did not drain properly and would fill up with dirty water while showering. Its was pretty nasty especially since there are only two bathrooms and other people are waiting to shower. The lawn was not maintained and overgrown. It made the listed fire pit area inaccessible and the home lacked curb appeal upon arrival. We also noticed a few small bugs in a couple locations throughout the home. They could have come in from outside but we aren’t sure. The outside area near the pool gets very dark at night due to the overhanging trees. We struggled to figure out how to get the lights to work. We had to trace the wires to a socket.around the side and then work with the plugs before it powered on. It was a slight inconvenience and required us to walk into the high grass.

The property was nice. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. The air conditioner worked very well, and the kitchen was equipped for our cooking needs. We appreciated the proximity to a grocery store, liquor store, and taco stands.

We enjoyed a nice long weekend cooling off in the pool - one day we never even left the property! The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all of the basics. The house was conveniently located in North Austin between highways - easy to get wherever we needed to go.
