Wonderful location, very spacious and clean. The mattresses were so comfy! My daughter didn’t want to leave, she loved the pool and the playset. It had everything we needed for a family get away!

Nice & roomy home. Kids enjoyed the pool. Enjoyed the quiet, rural setting. Owner kept in contact with us & addressed issues as they came up.

Great amenities and space really didn’t leave the house. Only misses for this property are the little details. Garbage from last guest filled 3 of the 4 trash bins and never got picked up, weeds growing through the fence into the pool, and other minor details that just need maintenance. We loved our stay and would return.

We had a great stay at this property with 8 adults and 7 kids. The rooms and beds were all very clean. The kitchen was equipped with beautiful pots and pans and basic cooking utensils. And the pool and fire pit outside were accompanied by gorgeous Kentucky views.

Wow! This property was perfect for our large family. We enjoyed all the features. The pool was just right- not too deep for our young ones. The hot tub was handy, the fire pit was delightful (we appreciated the provided wood), the kitchen was well stocked (we did have to purchase a pitcher for water fyi), and the rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor seating areas were nice since we all didn't fit at the dining room table. The littles loved the playground. We did have a problem on the last day, which the hosts were very responsive to. We loved the setting on a private road in the Kentucky hills.

Very cute place with beautiful scenery and close to Ark Encounter

We were looking for a large house to bring our family together to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday (7 adults and 8 kids of various ages). This house was perfect, and Seth was a very welcoming property manager. The property was beautiful, the amenities were exactly as described, and the pool was perfect for children. My kids especially loved the arcade games in the basement. We would certianly recommend this property to others!

Overall a great place to stay, close to the Ark Encounter. Upon arrival the property was not wheelchair accessible like advertised. After traveling 13 hrs my father in law was not able to get in the house in his electric wheelchair. After messaging the host he immediately tried to come up with a solution. He ordered a ramp but wasn't deli vered until 2 days later. We got wood cut from nearby to getus by until then..ess

The location has a great view to open fields, seeing the sunrise was amazing. The house was very clean and cozy vibes and has everything you need for your stay/cooking. Overall it was an amazing stay would definitely recommend it has something for all ages.

We were blown away by everything about this rental. From Seth, the property manager, to the cleanliness and amenities of the home. We had kids ranging from 5-14 and they all loved the game room and the queen sized bunk beds. The adults loved the kids space / adults space! We made six great memories doing s’mores outside on the fire pit under a blanket of stars ! One of our most favorite homes to stay in through VRBO yet.

We stayed at this home for 4 days (with 3 generations!) to visit the Ark and the Creation Museum. The location is on a small dirt road, but this makes for extreme privacy that was absolutely ideal for our family! The home is large and beautiful. Every bedroom is decorated beautifully and is cozy. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets with coffee - the Keurig makes a pot or a cup! Main floor bedroom was ideal for parents or in our case was wonderful for a 96 year old with mobility issues. Master bed has a crib in a huge walk in closet. Basement also has a second master, plus a fun bunk bed room, an extremely fun game area that we used a ton with playstation, arcade games, basketball, ping pong and fooseball. We had a really enjoyable bonfire - house has firewood and smores supplies including smores sticks. Kids also really enjoyed the hot tub and pool (despite the cold weather they still used and loved the pool.) Yard also has a swingset and they maintain a huge portion of the yard which was helpful with morning walks with our dogs. I appreciated that they were so welcoming to our 2 small dogs! Outside seating is amazing because you can move around to enjoy sunsets or sunrises. Kids also loved a ring hook game outside while adults visited. Kitchen was incredibly well organized and labeled so we didn't have to look for a single thing. House was also well stocked with towels which was so nice. It has two washers and two dryers! Very responsive hosts!

The property was beautiful. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to our planned event (visiting the Ark Encounter) and loved all the activities available at the house. The host, Seth, was very responsive to any of our inquiries and made the entire process from checking in to checking out seamless. We would definitely recommend this property with 5 stars! This is one of the best homes that we have ever stayed in! The home was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 16, and its proximity to the Ark Encounter made it incredibly convenient for our plans. Our kids were excited about the pool, and we didn’t want to leave! We created so many wonderful memories around the fire pit in the evenings, and the views were simply breathtaking. The basement was a highlight for the kids; they hardly ever left! The variety of games kept them entertained, and the PlayStation 5 was a huge hit with our teenagers. The bunk room was perfect for the younger ones as well. The setting of the home on 10+ peaceful acres was quiet and serene. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay, and we will recommend this home to others in our church who want to visit the Ark Encounter.
