POOL, HOT TUB, AMAZING TURF, GAMES GALORE LUXURY VILLA IN OKC

This home was technically as described, but is an older home and it showed. The pool, hot tub and yard were great, but the house wasn't overly impressive for the price. The home had been cleaned some, but did not feel clean. If you looked at the home closely it needed a deep cleaning badly. The sheets on one bed smelled horribly and we had to wash them. There was no hand soap in 2 of the bathrooms when we arrived. The owner did bring some the next day. There was no dish soap or any kitchen cleaning supplies. There was a huge wasp nest with tons of wasps in the back yard that we had to go out and buy wasp spray for in order to be safe in the yard. The beds were HORRIBLY uncomfortable and overused. They were lumpy, bumpy and you could feel the springs on some of them. There were none of the little touches I am used to seeing at a high priced location. The positives were: plenty of parking, quiet location, away from traffic, lots of space, game room, we liked that there was plenty of seating in the living room, pool towels provided, no list of chores to do at check out. Overall we had a nice stay, but I didn't feel it was worth the high price.

This place was amazing, heated pool, things to do, beautiful house. We had a blast here, and the owner responds so quickly with anything you need. 10 out of 10 would definitely stay here again.

Great stay would book again but pool cold 150 bucks a day is way to much to charge needed chemicals for spa trash cans already full but with all said it was a great time

We hosted our daughter's OU graduation party here. Great location and the house is spacious enough for a big group. The host was very pleasant and fast in responding.

Great place for small wedding! Plenty of room to sleep 10 out of town guests.About 30 people for the wedding with plenty of space and parking also.The weather was too cold to be able to use the pool or the outdoor area so everything stayed indoors. The only thing that could be improved would be to have heating in the game area.Communication with Carolyn was outstanding as she went out of her way to help out before and after our stay!

Beautiful house and property. Plenty of room for family to enjoy a birthday!

Property accommodated our family very well in addition to family members coming for a day visit. The astro-turf yard was perfect for the kids plus they enjoyed exploring adjoining wooded lot. Home updates are very nice, especially the bathrooms, and the decorated Christmas tree was appreciated. Kitchen could have been better stocked as we purchased cookie sheet, bowls and a wine opener to suit our needs. Also the outer home surroundings could have used a better clean-up and the kids' playroom toys need an upgrade. Overall very pleased.

Fantastic place to stay! The backyard is fantastic with the pool, the beds are comfy. Great having so many big tvs around too

We had a group of women stay in this home for a womens retreat. We never ran out of hot water, the AC was superb during 100 degree weather, the amount of sitting spaces and activities was more than sufficient for introverts and extroverts alike. The pool was amazing, the hottub was perfection. The location was secluded, safe, and gorgeous. We loved it and will likely be back for another retreat next year!! Such a great place!!
