The house is absolutely stunning, you can tell whoever put it all together has an eye for design. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for relaxing after a day out and about, and on the days we stayed home, we loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. We had some friends over and when it was time for them to go home, they did not want to leave! I have to say we felt much the same way by the end of our stay. Hopefully we can come back soon.

The house is great but it’s managed awfully. We stayed 1 month there and spent 1 week to get the internet fixed, 3 weeks to get AC up and running (it went down 3 times), 4 weeks to get a rid of ants - no luck. The management company point of contact was really responsive trying to solve all problems reactively. The house wasn’t prepared for our stay at all. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, hairs all around the bathrooms, dirty floor, garbage bags were full. The management company wasn’t even aware of the leaking roof which causes the problems the AC electrical system - dangerous. They proposed to solve the problems with ants by using traps - seems the never work with pests control companies before. Internet had gone down well before we moved in. Hence, the house and location are incredible but I do not recommend the house. It’s not taken care of at all. Shame

The house was just lovely. Lots of space and all the amenities were just an added plus. Had a bit of rain in august so having the garage to access the house was a plus! Location was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for- a place to relax and spread out and just be at peace before heading back to the grind.

We especially liked the large lanai and pool. The view of the lake and golf course is wonderful. We wound up having takeout meals more often than going out as the setting is so comfortable and relaxing. The Spanish Wells community was a great place for our daily morning peaceful and lush. We would definitely love to return and rent this home again!

Great property in a lovely community. Carlina at South West Florida Realty was very responsive when we had a question and ensured we had a great stay. People are extremely friendly in the community and we felt like home. We will definitely try to go back!
