Everything was as shown & Briana was very responsive and it was right where we needed to be. TY

The pool was not very clean at all. The location was terrible very sketchy I think people with families need to know or be aware of the location it was awful It was nicely decorated, but the smell was terrible when you walked in. The host also needs to figure out what to do with the trash when we pulled in. All you could see is trash left over from the previous renters, It was clean pet friendly 4/10 for us.

The Pictures on the listing make this place look nicer then what it really is. We were disappointed when we arrived. Inside the house had a bad otter that we had to buy some plug in air fresheners, its listed as a 3 bedroom but one of the Main rooms is a room that garage was converted to , it has a bathroom with no ventilation and seems the bathroom attached doesn't have an air flow pipe which leaves it humid and a bad smell.. We were looking forward on enjoying the pool but it was to dirty to get in, which was very upsetting. I reached out to the host that told me the pool service would be out the next day to clean it but they never showed up. Be aware there's no privacy here either they have a good amount of Surveillance Cameras that aren't mentioned on the listing, along with neighbors that watch your every move while you're in the back yard and report it to the Host. I guess you pay for what you get but i definitely won't be staying here again. I understand this is a rental property but this place needs a deep cleaning.

When we arrived around 4:30 PM, a maintenance crew was still at the property, and one of the owners there wasn’t aware we were checking in, so we had to confirm through the app that we were at the right place. That made the check-in a bit confusing.Inside the house, we noticed a few issues right away. One of the bed frames in a main bedroom was damaged and would give out if you sat near the bottom. The house didn’t feel fully cleaned—there was dust, marks on the windows, and dishes left in the dishwasher. There were also no trash cans in the bathrooms, and one bathroom had a toilet and sink that kept clogging.The pool was a big concern. It was very slimy inside and looked dirty, even though it was listed as clean. There’s no cover, so debris from the surrounding trees falls in constantly. The system wasn’t running at first, and when a pool technician came out, he mentioned the pool is older and tends to stay that way.The backyard also wasn’t fully finished. The next day, while we were outside, a full crew came to continue the work using chainsaws and other equipment, which was disruptive.The host did communicate with us, but overall the property didn’t feel fully ready for guests, especially for the price.

Had a great time! The home has everything you need and plus some! We enjoyed the fantastic pool every single day and outdoor seating! We were close to everything! Loved our host! She always responded so quickly if we needed something! She was quick to reply and make sure we were comfortable with our stay! I recommend 100% if planning to stay in Tampa! Would book this home again!

The stay was amazing the only issue we had was around 5:30pm 6pm bats started flying around the pool so the kids couldnt really enjoy it and there where ants over by the gazebo area so you really couldnt enjoy

The property was very lovely. We were delayed in checking in because the previous tenants had been there for a while and it took longer to clean. The host was most gracious and apologize and went over the top to make sure our stay was good because there were things that needed to be fixed and cleaned up because of the previous tenant. The host were quick to answer questions or fix anything that was not working. I would recommend this place and it is centrally located to everything.

Great place and amazing host. We asked if they had coffee folters, and briana had coffee and filters delivered to the home. Place very clean and comfortable. I would stay again. We rent homes atleast 2 to 3 times a times a year and she was without a doubt the best host we have delt with. .

Not familiar with the area, neighborhood seemed a little sketchy. House was fine, enjoyed the pool. Hot water did not work as well.
