Stayed Feb 1, 2023This property was outstanding in every way. We loved it from the moment we walked in until the moment we left. Our stay was almost three months, and this house felt like home. We had a problem with the garbage disposal and it was repaired in a couple of days. The pool was perfect. There are a couple places in the birdcage screening that should be repaired, but the bugs stayed on the outside, while we enjoyed the inside. The house was spotless when we arrived and it’s very easy to keep clean. Our only issue was with the BBQ. We did not use it because it needs some cleaning. I think the Florida air caused some rusting of the grills. It’s a large grill and smoker…more than we needed or I could have prepped it for use very easily. Not really a problem at all. We enjoyed frequenting the wonderful local restaurants in Edgewater and New Smyrna. The location is magnificent. Breezes from the inter-coastal water way, cooled us on even the hottest of days. We stayed until May 15 when the temps were rising into high 80’s and 90’s. We rode our bikes everyday, often to the beach which is a few miles away. But an easy and enjoyable ride. I can’t say enough good things about the property. My only disappointment is that we can’t return next year. Thank you for sharing your house with us. Maybe we can return in 2025!
