Stayed Jan 5, 2026The house has 4 balconies and a terrace which we (and our dog) loved to hang out on and watch the action on the canal and the marina across the way. It is in a terrific, friendly and safe community. The owner answered any questions we had promptly.

We really enjoyed this spacious townhome that had exciting fishing right at the dock behind the house or the short drive to Boca Grande. The home is nicely equipped with everything you will need. The owner is excellent and responsive.
