Stayed Oct 10, 2025a smaller of us (5) rented this place for a reunion of source between childhood friends. The place was perfect, very nice kitchen, nice dining table, very close to the water. it could easily sleep and accommodate a much larger group. If we ever need something here for that purpose, I’ll be renting this one again for sure.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023The house has plenty of space for everyone. It has many unique and custom touches. You can tell that when it was built that it was well done. However, the house has not been properly maintained and was not well cleaned before our arrival. We encountered many issues during our stay, including fresh blood on the sheets in one of the bedrooms (leading me to question if any of the sheets had been washed), sticky countertops, two pairs of dirty children's underwear found laying in the house, many burned out light bulbs, no propane in the fire pit - we went and bought some, one of the beds was duct taped together and collapsed during the night while my daughter was sleeping in it - the list goes on and on. The 6th bedroom is very oddly situated and does not have a door - the only way to access it is to walk through the primary bedroom. This info was not clear in the description or pictures of the listing. I contacted the management company with the issues we encountered accompanied by photos and was refunded less than the cost of one night of our 5 night reservation. If it had not been Christmas I would have contacted the management company to ask to either be moved to another property, or to end our stay early. Even though we made the best of a bad situation, it was disappointing.
