Pool + Backyard Oasis! Snowbird Escape in Phoenix

Host was extremely welcoming and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The place itself was beautiful, clean and a perfect place to just get away for a few days. Definitely will be back in the future!!

Family arrived for a graduation. Home was comfortable with plenty to do and well stocked! Pool, games, game room, etc. The communication with Linda and Dave was amazing. They were truly concerned that we were happy. I would not hesitate to book!

We came down for a wedding and stayed for a few days extra, enjoyed the weather and the pool and the house. Very comfortable and the hosts were great.

This place made me feel right at home. While it was in close proximity to the city, the quietness of the property made me feel like I was at home. Our family enjoyed all of the amenities this property offered, and the owners were very kind to us throughout our whole vacation.

Wow!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The amenities were awesome: foosball, table shuffleboard, ping pong table, and AWESOME outside spaces!! Yes, we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The hosts were so attentive, communicative and accommodating. The house has a retro 1960s vibe that is spot on. Didn't get in the pool, (too chilly), but I wished the weather had been better. Very convenient location to the expressways and shopping.

Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out. Property was just as it was listed and had plenty of amenities on site. Would definitely stay again on my next trip to Phoenix.

This property was well stocked with games, kitchen equipment and two LP Grills. More than ample seating both inside the eating area as well as outside. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. The property manager was kind and quick to answer all questions

We thoroughly enjoyed this property. We rented the house for 25 days and found it very comfortable. It was perfectly appointed down to the last detail. There were puzzles and games, binoculars and a stroller, outdoor toys and seating areas, a full kitchen, a comfortable bed and excellent shower, etc… etc… The location was close to the freeways and we made multiple trips, including Cave Creek, the Grand Canyon, the Lost Dutchman State park, and a daily from the house to the Deem recreation area where we enjoyed the bird life and we were even lucky enough to see a bobcat. The highlight of the yard was the tether ball! There is a nice pool which we didn’t use. The owners were only a text away and always replied quick. Overall a wonderful, comfortable home.

The house and property were beautiful! We were looking for somewhere quiet and accessible to the freeway. We definitely got that with this house. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. There was a nice strolling hike nearby that we hiked a few days that we were there. The freeway was only 5 minutes away from the house which made it easy for us to get where we were going quickly. My son and I got to spend a good amount of time playing in the backyard which was so inviting and comfortable. I lost my wedding ring at some point on the stay and Linda went above and beyond to check the house when we checked out. We will definitely book here again.
