Great hosts and property. Appreciated the communication and electronic house guides.

The hosts were welcoming, accommodating and communicative. The property was clean and well maintained. The heated pool was amazing and was a perfect for the weather. The backyard as a whole was like our own mini resort, with a putting green and a ping-pong table that the kids really enjoyed. The property was perfectly located and in a nice, safe neighborhood close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation. It’s a great spot for a Phoenix/Scottsdale/Tempe vacation destination. We really enjoyed the property and would recommend it to anyone interested in the area.

The property is wonderful! A great location with loads nearby (Starbucks/stores only 3 min drive away!) Easy check-in and the AC was a life saver in the heat! Very well equipped, the floor outside got hot during the day but that’s notSomething that the host can control! Just remember to wear flip flops!

House was incredibly clean and had everything we needed - being coffee fans it had ALLLL the coffee options. Beds were comfy and hosts were very responsive.

The house was exactly as pictured. The pool was small but worked for the 6 of us. The pool cleaners came on the second to last day and cleaned or maintained the pool but left the vacuum and hose in it clear until we checked out. It was kind of a pain trying to swim with a big hose in the small pool. But overall it was great house and a great place to stay with plenty of entertainment and things to do. We enjoyed the outside tv while hanging out outside

Our family if three had so much fun swimming and playing all the different activities at the house. Also, the house is in a perfect location for any activity in or around Phoenix. We loved it!

This place was perfect for our family. We went for a graduation at ASU and this place is only 15min max from all the graduation venues. Super nice and quiet neighborhood so we were able to enjoy the early mornings at the pool. Also close to grocery stores like Costco (we order delivery super quick) sprouts and more. We grilled, enjoyed the pool and my girls (9&7) had a blast with all the other games at the house. My husband really enjoyed the pool table and I had enough time to relax and watch tv while my family was happy and entertained. I will highly recommend this option and we will be back soon!

The 5 of us enjoyed our stay- so many outdoor games to play! Well equipped kitchen for meal preparation, and quiet neighborhood . Walkable to Walgreens and grocery. Great communication with owner.

Great home, great location, great hosts! The location is super convenient to enjoy Scottsdale and Tempe. The home has plenty of games to enjoy in the evenings like ping pong, pool, cornhole, axe throwing (safe version!!) and more. Chris and Michele go out of their way to provide you with all the tips of the home - they even provide an app with how to videos! Even better, the home had plenty of the basic necessities to get you started like toiletries, toilet paper, laundry supplies. They pretty much thought of everything. Couldn’t have had a better stay!

We have family in the area that we visit, and this was a perfect place for our visit. Something for everyone. We will be back!

You’re paying for location, entertainment, cleanliness, functionality, and overall comfort! Highly recommend this property for those who want family time, good location, and just a great little getaway. Minutes from the minor league stadium, golf, and shopping. 15 min from ASU! Pay the extra $25-$50 per night…it’s worth it!!
