Stayed Jun 11, 2026The host need to do better! The A/C just couldn't keep up. It was sooo hot inside the home and took until 11pm to cool down. The house was not prepped for guests. Although at once cleaned, there were spider webs, dead bugs everywhere inside, including pulling back the covers. We couldn't even use the patio outside either as it was very dirty. The place has potential but the care was absent. I let the guest contact know and he didnt give any care, just brushed it off.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026When we opened the door, we were hit with the smell of stale cigarette smokeThe unit had not been occupied for over three weeks and the trash in the garbage can in the garage was full of stinky trash and all kinds of insectsThe outdoor furniture was totally a mess as was the patio dead plants and broken pots, broken tilesThe Wi-Fi did not work and took a significant amount of time to finally get it fixedThe furnace filter was terribly dirtyThe windows and screens were dirty. Two of the screens doors did not work properly.The owner did send over a housekeeper on day two to do a freshen up that helped, but the smell of cigarette smoke never did go away

Stayed Dec 30, 2025Sorry to say we had several issues with this stay. Did not receive check in instructions until we called in, house smelled of strong cleanser, wall outlets were loose, several wall switches did not control any light, patio had trip hazard and screen off track. We trid to reach owner contact per the house manual and did not get a reply.
