Pool! 8 bdrms/ 4.5 baths/ 2 living, close to town and wineries!

House was very spacious, more than enough room for 11 adults. Enjoyed the pool, sitting out on the back porch and the quietness of being out in the country. Close proximity to downtown Fredericksburg and the wineries. Hostess was very responsive. House was clean enough, but could use a thorough cleaning (dusty blinds, window sills, hair on the bathroom and closet floors). Would definitely consider staying here again. Overall, we had a great stay!

Beautiful property and home. Close to main street and easy to get Ubers to and from. Had a wonderful time enjoying the peace and quiet on the patio and large enough for our large group. We will be returning!

Communication was timely and responsive. Very much appreciate that open door! The house was great and perfect for our needs. Beautiful backyard was very peaceful and exactly like the pictures! Not far from town either!

Amazing stay! House was awesome and very clean. Many games to play under the tv for everyone to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable, pillows are very soft so if you like a firmer pillow I do recommend bringing your own like I did. The host ledt some water, fruit and cookies for our stay which was amazing. Had my Bachelorette party here and it was such a great experience. Watched the cows come up at 6 AM and the view is beautiful. The house is very close to main street so we did not have to drive far for anything. Overall it was an amazing trip and stay and would recommend 10/10!

Unique lodging on scenic property. There was plenty of space for our large group. Kitchen was fully stocked for meal prep. The Host was available and helpful when needed. We will definitely book here again.

Everything about this place was perfect. Maybe our favorite rental property we have ever stayed in. The hostess was so quick to reply to questions, and when we walked in it was immaculate AND there were cookies waiting for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was so nice and cozy. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to stay in Fredericksburg.

Plenty of space, great bedding and towels. Walking in to a cake and fruit made it so warm and inviting. We lacked for nothing! We hope to be able to come back again.

This house was very spacious for our entire family. It was very well stocked with amenities for cooking. The open floor plan allowed our family to never be separated while cooking, visiting, and playing games. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the livestock and wildlife. Recommend this home for family getaway ways. Close to wineries and downtown

We had a family reunion and wedding event to attend nearby and were able to invite several additional family members to hangout and relax. The whole experience was very enjoyable.

We get a VRBO every year for two families over Memorial Day Weekend in the Texas Austin/Hill Country area. This was our favorite to date. Easy drive to all wineries and Main Street Fredericksburg. But the rustic spot was such a plus!!! The patio and pool and tree swing and cows were blissful. Fantastic set up for 3 families with kids or a girls trip.

The location was fantastic , there was 18 of us and we were very comfortable. More than enough room . They had made a cake for us ,it was great. The showers were great and for me , the best part was the kitchen . I love the cabinets and drawers . The home is so much bigger than expected . So much bigger. You won’t be dissatisfied. Plus, there was a Christmas tree already made for us . It’s a beautiful home.
