POOL 4bd Home w/pool table Near Stadium

The place was convenient walking distance to the stadium but I wish it was a little closer. Its a 20 minutes walk depending on your ability. We didn’t avail of the swimming pool as we have other activities but it looks very inviting. All in all it was a good experience and I will recommend it for those who want to attend events at the Raymond James stadium.

Great place to stay while visiting Tampa

The house was nothing like the pictures. Dead Carcass in the bed, pool was disgusting, AC didn’t work half the time, roof leaked, fence is falling down c tile in the pool area is all lifted, broken glass in the back yard, walls inside were not wiped, the house it not sealed well, doors with no lock to the outside, could not control the ac like advertised. It was terrible.

Had a great time here with three generations for a graduation. Very convenient location. Thanks!

Excellent stay! House was convenient to restaurants and attractions. Quiet neighborhood.

When we arrived it was raining, the ceiling where the pool table was, was leaking in 2 spots all over the floor and couch. I contacted him and his reply was that it hadn’t leaked for over a year and that it would be fine. He would have a roofer look at it another time. Pool was very dirty when we arrived, broken tiles around the pool was definitely a hazard. Trash was halfway full when we arrived along with bugs and dead fly in the window sills of the windows. Shower in the main hallway bathroom fills up fast and overflows when showering, so you have to be quick or it floods. We contacted him about turning up the pool heat when we were swimming and he said after dinner he would call and never did. Or have pool guy come next morning and never did. We did have someone come and start doing stuff in the shed with no warning or call that somebody would be on the property. We just walked outside and he was there. So that’s kind of creepy.

We enjoyed our stay here, the host made things very easy for us and we were very happy with the accommodations:) we hope to return again one day!

Location was perfect for all the activities we wanted to do

Everything ended up great! We initially had some issues but the host was very accommodating and understanding and made the stay very enjoyable.

Colby was a great host and his response time was exceptional. The property location was ideal for attending the Bucs game and had a nice sized kitchen with everything we needed to dine in. 4 bedrooms were clean and spacious and the pool table was a huge plus.

We had such a great time, The house was very clean and everything labeled so you had no problem finding stuff. We highly recommend this place when attending either a Bucs game or going to the Convention center.

We enjoyed the whole stay. I few issues but Colby replied to all of our concerns instantly. The house was beautiful, the pool was a bonus for long days site seeing and we could spread out and enjoy.

Will stay again

We were in town for a leadership conference so this was a good value for the location and space. However the pool area is in need of a major update. Pool deck bricks are loose and the pool itself needs resurfacing. The fence surrounding the pool is leaning. There is no dishwasher so be prepared to wash dishes. I give this location a 3 stars because it is located 7 minutes from the Buccaneer stadium and you can’t beat the space for the price.

House was great, location was great, we had a great trip

I frequent Florida (Ohio native) but have never been to Tampa. Was looking for a large home with a pool for my daughters Bachelorette trip. There were 8 of us (and 16 bags!). The house accomodated us well. Plenty of room for all and 3 bathrooms accomodated 8 women getting ready daily. The kitchen was fully functional and had pots, pans, dishes, some tupperware, air fryer, coffee maker and microwave. Nice large refrigerator and freezer. There were some free weights I utilized daily. We did a night out in Ybor City which was a 10 minute uber ride. Went to Riverwalk twice which was 15 minutes away and Clearwater Beach one day which was 45 minutes. We utilized the pool daily and nightly and the pool was clean and warm. We didnt see any bugs inside as others mentioned. The house is close to many stores which we drove to and Door Dashed from. Tons of restaurants in the area.If I had anything negative to say, Id agree with other reviews that it could use a little more curb appeal and the pool area could use a little landscaping, but not worth a complaint. All in all, my daughter had a wondeful trip, host was very accomodating and communicative and Id book again!

The house is in prime location for the Buccaneers game. The house was more spacious than we expected, 4 beds and 3 baths. Outside area was great for chilling out and relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.
