Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability.     The location was perfect, quiet and convenient. Easy to get to our areas of interest. The property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to spent a perfect weekend together as s family. Especially loved the kitchen, well equipped for us to prepare meals. The host was very attentive and quick to respond. Check-in and check-out was simple and fast. We loved this property and will definitely be staying here the next time we visit Colorado Springs with family . Highly recommended.
