Stayed Aug 9, 2025Check-in was seamless thanks to the custom door code provided. This also made the rest of the week easy, not having to worry about having a key with you when you leave. The house was spotless, well kept and very organized. My family has visited many vacation rentals and this was by far the most amenity filled accommodation we’ve experienced. A cooler, bikes, towels, games, well stocked kitchen, gas grill, garage …the list goes on and on. It’s as nice as it looks in the photos. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Excellent experience at this property for our family & friends this week. The property itself was very clean & the layout was beautiful. We could tell the owner was very thoughtful & intentional with their amenities. It was a huge plus to have linens and towels provided without having to use an outside service or have the added expense. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could need to cook or entertain. Games, bikes, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella....all provided for us as part of our stay & made the quality of our experience even better. We stay in Bethany Beach every year & this was our best rental home we have had the pleasure to use. Communication was clear, items were organized & labeled, all around a great experience. We look forward to trying to book again for next year.

Stayed Jun 14, 2025From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The villa is beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out and relax with family or friends. Everything is thoughtfully furnished and well-equipped, making it easy to settle in and enjoy a stress-free vacation.One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch overlooking a peaceful pond — the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails while watching the geese. The catch-and-release pond sits just 20 feet from the back porch, making it easy to cast a line whether you have two minutes or two hours to spare.The Bishops Landing community is quiet, beautifully maintained, and features a fantastic pool. The owner goes above and beyond by providing beach and pool gear, bikes, and pickleball paddles, making it easy to enjoy every amenity.On top of everything, the owner was a pleasure to work with — always responsive, friendly, and helpful. Her clear communication made planning our stay a breeze and added to the overall positive experience.You’re sure to enjoy your stay just as much as we did — this home truly has it all.
