Situated at the north end of town right across the road from the dunes its close enough for you to push the bikes across. Or if it is a bit of fun in the sun, sand, and surf you prefer this too is within walking distance to Lancelin’s north end beaches.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hi While we enjoyed our stay in Lancelin there were a few maintenance issues that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please take my comments as constructive as to improve your property. On arrival there were a lot of dead cockroachs and mouse droppings inside the cupboards, on the benchtops and floor.We cleaned up and stored food in the pantry only to awake next morning to find mice had eaten some (had to be disposed of)Vertical blinds need repairing or replacement. Black out curtains missing in some rooms (Main bedroom)Flyscreens and some windows in poor condition, flyscreen on sliding door unusable. Light switches around verandah inaccessable. Batterys flat in TV remote. No Mop No Vacuum cleaner(bag Missing).

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are shocked at how bad this house was. We complained to the rental company but blamed the landlord on being an old man. The price we had to pay for renting this house is clearly not in line with the product you get. There was mouse **** in the kitchen, dirt in the living room, cobwebs on the ceiling, etc. Just plain ****. Will never use Stayz again.

Reviewer Comments: The house was very hot, only two fan in the house, one in the master room and one in the lounge so the kids had to sleep in lounge as bedrooms were too hot.Flyscreens were not secure and kept coming off.

Stayed Apr 23, 2022We had a very enjoyable stay …. Only negative was the verticals blinds are in need of maintenance or replacement - verticals constantly falling off front double door… most twisty poles missing or Very hard to use Did think if you were allowed dogs (didn’t look jnto it) the fencing wasn’t great for a small dog - straight underneath
