Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite, Queen bedroom, Twin/Queen XL bunk with an additional Twin trundle in the bunk room Plus, a Queen size self-inflating EZ Bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage in spot #9 only, please note that taller vehicles with roof top racks and cargo boxes will not fit in this garage. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.

    This property was just ok. They need to update the tvs to smart tvs. They have done some updates in the house and you think this would be one. You only get cable that is the cheapest you can get and can not log into your own Netflix account. There are no clocks in the house, only on the stove. No USB plug ins so make sure you bring a box for your chargers. The hot tub was amazing!

    Great location with a great space for either friends or families to stay to go skiing at Winter Park! Bus system is just down the road. The place had all the amenities we were looking for including a well maintained hot tub (crucial imo for out of town skiers not used to the leg exercise). Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

    The condo is beautifully situated in lodgepole pine trees and peaceful. Very clean. Well supplied with towels for the hot tub, spices, oils and every imaginable kitchen appliance. We called customer service because the microwave wasn't working and discovered that it had been unplugged, however they answered the phone promptly and were willing to help. No A/C but it cools off at night, so we were very comfortable in late July.

    We recently stayed at the ponderosa pines and were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and well-appointed, and it was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the small exception of the pillows, which we found to be stiff and hard. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would recommend a stay there!
