Stayed Jan 14, 2026The place was clean & had a beautiful outdoor area. The bathroom was kind of small & doesn’t have anywhere to put your stuff. We also didn’t have a dresser or anywhere to unpack our suitcases & we were there for 10 days.

Stayed Mar 4, 2026We had a wonderful stay at Poinciana Garden. The property is just as described. The location was the best feature! At 1.5 blocks from Duval, you can easily pop “home” to change clothes or rest between activities. But the little street is so quiet at the same time. We enjoyed having a kitchen and a parking spot. Would stay here again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026The unit was nice and clean, but the hosts could have done more to help solve the noise issue. The unit above was loud and thumping for 2 hours in between 2am-4am. Either by better insulating the floors or having the person on call help address the issue.

Stayed Dec 16, 2025The location is great. I walked everywhere in Key West because this is just a block and a half off Duval St. The apartment was very clean and had some nice touches. Ice cube trays and a bin, paper towels, tea kettle and the washer and dryer and a parking space were all things I made use of.I had issues with the TV and remote upon my arrival and a text got a response with a phone call that helped me get what I wanted which was access to YouTube TV.I totally enjoyed my time in Key West and the stay here was a significant part of that

Stayed Feb 11, 2025We've been to the Keys several times. This trip was by far the BEST! Poinciana Garden is perfect for couples or book both units to have the whole place to yourself! Secure and private with tropical courtyard, screened porch, and sun deck. Very well maintained, clean and everything you need to feel at home. Perfect location for easy walk or bike ride to nightlife, Mallory Square and our favorite beach, Fort Zachary Taylor. We'ralready planning our next trip.

Stayed Feb 2, 2025Very clean, pleasant place close to Duval, but far enough away to be quiet. Outdoor space is very nice with a screened in area, rocking chairs and chairs longues. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appears to be square..
