Poconos Peaceful Retreat. Short drive to Ski, Swim, Hike, or Shop! 4 Bedrooms.

Clean and spacious. A great house!

The space had a lot of not major things lacking but all together they made for a poor stay. - Front door handle was unattached and kept falling off the whole time - Space was clearly not cleaned thoroughly with cobwebs in multiple rooms - Listing said it sleeps 12 but they don't provide the bedding to do that comfortably, esp for a cold weather visit - Listing said they'd be stocked with basic commodities but they didn't even have items like salt, oil, any cleaning supplies, etc when we arrived- Cleaning instructions weren't sent until an hour before check out Everything else was okay but things like this just made it embarrassing to have brought friends there.

We stayed here for the 4th of July weekend as a place to stay, and it was great! A lot of us stayed in the basement with lots of fun games to play, host was very professional and gave easy to understand information, and gave complimentary later checkout time at no extra cost! I would definitely recommend staying here if visiting the Pocono area!

House was clean and spacious. 3 of the 4 bedrooms having their own bathrooms was very nice. Huge basement where the kids spent most of their time. We were there during snowy weather which was very cozy and the homeowner put down sand on the walkways and outside stairs, which was nice because with the weather it was quite treacherous getting out and about and that effort made a big difference. Had a little hiccup with hot water but the homeowner was super responsive and resolved right away. Kitchen was great, living room great. It would have been nice to have the back deck and fire pit cleared but it was so cold and snowy and sleety we didn't miss it all that much after the first day. We were either in the house happily relaxing or were out for tubing and scenic train ride. I would reccommend mattress toppers as several in our crew said mattresses were quite firm but we were comfortable and would definitely stay here again. Was a very nice trip with friends!

Chill weekend with friends

Master suite is beyond fabulous and bathroom just beautiful and new. All beds were comfortable. The downstairs playroom was a plus. With ping pong table , pool table , piano, table and chairs and sitting area w big TV. Very clean w everything provided!!

Beautiful house, great owners to work with

The house and yard were all just great and we had a wonderful time. It was terrific to have the downstairs play and games area. Kitchen space is great and having so many bathrooms was very handy for our group. We would absolutely stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending this rental to others.
