Stay was great love the house and the property

It was a very nice experience to have shared time with my family at Matthew's lake house because the house, besides being beautiful, has all the amenities to spend a relaxing and fun time with the family, in addition to having received excellent service from Matthew because we were always in communication because his goal was for my family and I to have a good time, to those who want to go and spend a nice and fun time, I recommend the house 100%.

My family and I, including my two-year-old daughter, recently rented this house. The house was right on the lake, which was amazing. The lake community was filled with extremely nice neighbors throughout. Unfortunately, this property has several significant safety and maintenance issues that need attention. Most concerning are the stair and loft railings, which have openings substantially larger than building code allows - the code requires openings small enough to prevent a 4-inch sphere from passing through to prevent children's heads from getting stuck, but the existing openings are large enough for a 2-year-old to fall through. The steps entering the house need a handrail installed on the right side to match the existing left-side rail. My parents are in their 70s, and this was quite dangerous for them. The deck requires attention with multiple creaking spots that should be inspected and needs re-staining. Additional maintenance problems include 2-foot-tall weeds growing out of the gutters, a sliding glass door that only opens partially, and a downstairs toilet that runs every minute due to a tank leak. If the owner updates the house, I think it will be a fantastic rental! The lakefront location offers a lovely natural backdrop that enhances the overall ambiance of the stay, making it particularly enjoyable for morning coffee or evening relaxation while taking in the scenic surroundings.

Second year staying at this property. Very relaxing place and plenty for our son to do. He loves fishing, catching critters and swimming in the lake. Will be back.

Me and my husband needed to get away spend time together and relax since i was put on hospice and while still mobile. This was the place to do it. We had a beautiful relaxing week. If i could afford to rent for a month i would in a heartbeat ? thanks for what we needed.
