This was great for our family of 4! The area was quaint and close to everything, the house was comfy and clean, and the host was very helpful and communicative. We’d definitely stay here again.

House was perfect for staying overnight on our way to the Smokies. There were some games and books that we unfortunately didn’t have time for. Each room had a noise machine which my boys appreciated. The driveway was plenty big for the 15 passenger van we were in. The kitchen had the basics. I was glad to have the option to do a full pot of coffee or the k-cups. Everything was clean, but there was a slightly musty smell when we first walked in. There was an air purifier running though and it is an older house. Hoist was responsive and friendly, would stay again.

Nice big home comfortable beds, clean. Perfect for big groups or not, also great they are pet friendly get your quad work out on by walking your dogs up and down the hills.

A perfect overnight stay with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living room for gathering. I’d definitely stay there again.

Everything was just as advertised and the hosts were the absolute best to deal with! We did have a small issue with the WiFi (which wasn’t their fault) and she was willing to do anything and bend over backwards to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable. I will use them again!!!

This was a great place to stay! There was plenty of room, it was in a quiet neighborhood, the house was nice and very clean! There are board games and lots of books. Plenty of space for a big family. Our host was excellent and a great communicator, getting back to us quickly when contacted and they were extremely helpful!!I plan to stay here again!!

Comfortable and quiet

House was very comfortable, clean, and in a pleasant neighborhood. For us, it was just a waypoint between families during the Christmas holidays, but it would be excellent for a family or a couple friends to lay down their heads for a few nights.

We stayed one night as a midpoint for our Florida vacation and everything was on point. Much more relaxing than a hotel.

There were some spider webs on the lamps and the could clean under the bed.

The host was very prompt with communication. The sunroom was perfect to have morning coffee. I only suggest that the host leave at least one coffee pod per guest for the initial stay as we arrived after midnight with no ability to pick up coffee for the morning coffee wake up. But the home was beautiful and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

I would NOT advise anyone to book this place. The beds were horrible, decorating was a mess. The couches were worn out, patio furniture was old, not to mention there was blood stains on the living room curtains. There were no kitchen curtains hanging. Also one of the bedroom windows were unlocked. There was grease stains all on the wall in the kitchen. When I messaged her about the situation she asked me to explain as if she didn't see what I saw. This is NOT the place to stay, if you want to feel like home. Photos DID NOT match description. This is by far the worst booking!

Host was responsive and home was lovely and had beautiful views out the back.

Check n process was easy, The house is clean, brought a baby. They had a high chair and pack in play. The host kept in contact the entire time. Would stay here again

My sister & I had a great time & will surely go back again if possible! The house was great for us, clean enough that we were comfortable but not so immaculate that we were afraid to touch anything!! The neighborhood felt safe & people were friendly. We were able to walk around & got great exercise on the rolling hills of the beautiful neighborhood!

The property was well kept and very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared to be mostly families. We would definitely return to this property for another stay.

Neighborhood was very quiet and the property had nice shade trees. Inside was spacious. However the sunroom was not usable due to a strong musty, mildew smell and couldn't access back deck due to a sliding door not opening. But overall it was ok for the short time we stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Charming home. Close proximity to what we had planned for the long 4th of July holiday weekend.The owners kindly supplied most of the essentials. Sheets, towels, PT, TP, dish and hand soap, shampoo and body wash even though we had brought our own. It also had a fair amount of things in the kitchen as well for cooking.

My husband, teen daughter, and small dog were in town exploring the Knoxville area. This place was a short distance to many of our destinations at UT and downtown Knoxville. I loved the hardwood and tile floors throughout. There are updates in all the right places - kitchen and bathrooms. When we were in the area, temps were near 100 degrees; we were thankful for the AC! It ran a lot with no issues! Loved the kitchen/dining area for preparing and eating snacks and small meals. Kroger isn’t far away. Refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher all work well. Wish I would have had a plastic spatula, a pair of kitchen scissors (or any scissors), and another kitchen towel though. Neighborhood is quiet and safe (but hilly) for dog-walking. Our teenage daughter had to help us figure out the Roku remote, but other than that we had no issues with connectivity, wi-fi or logging into streaming services. All major areas (floors, bathrooms, kitchen, beds) were clean upon arrival. However, a few places could use some detail cleaning/touch-up. Some of the walls had chips/staining. Blinds are a bit dusty, and the curtains in the living room have a splatter stain near the door. We had adequate towels/wash cloths for our stay, but we did have to use the ones left in the third bedroom. All towels looked and smelled good except for one left on the master bed. It had a hole in it. Still useable. Just not aesthetically pleasing. The living room was my favorite room. It felt the most like home.

Very nice house! Just at described! Plenty of space. We didn’t have a dog, but it has a great yard. The kitchen was really well stocked seasonings. Really close to downtown as well! We went to the Cherokee Caverns and had a wonderful time!

Our stay was excellent. The home is very nice, clean, quite, with plenty of room and centrally located to everywhere we needed and wanted to go. Check in out was extremely easy as well. I'd highly recommend this home when visiting the area.

It was a very nice home. Would be better to have a TV in each bedroom. The master bathroom stool is a little close to the divider. The property manager was great. Answered all my questions. The bees were a deterrent. I noticed no garbage disposal and no washer and dryer. We enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed staying here! Very clean and had just what we needed. There was a little hiccup when we discovered a tree had fallen on the electrical wires, but the owner came right over and took the lead in getting the electric company over and it was fixed right away! Very impressed with the owner

Wanted a place for the grandson to be outside when we were not in book stores. Quiet area which is great for sleeping. Plently of room to spread out, play games, make puzzles, and eat.

The location of this property was great for visiting our student! It was a good size for our group of 7 people to eat dinner (with even an extra chair for when another student visited) and seating in the living room.

Close to Neyland Stadium. Safe neighborhood.

My family just loved the shower they have in the master bedroom. And I love the screened in area that leads to the deck and patio.
