Stayed May 1, 2026Location of this property was great - across from the beach and a coffee shop. Plenty of space great living room and a modern kitchen. Bedrooms were on multiple floors with stairs. We had six of us and slept comfortably. Grill and patio area and decks with great views. A great rental property on Plum Island!

Stayed Jul 20, 2025We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was clean and well cared for. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lani was easy to communicate with and responded with questions quickly. The property is very close to the water. The beach was practically empty. The town is easy to walk around in. It has a few small shops and restaurants. You can walk through a state park as well which is very close. The town of Newbury Port is a short drive and has lots of shopping and restaurants. A very enjoyable stay. We are keeping this on our list for future stays.

Host was very quick to respond to a few questions prior to our stay. I would highly recommend this property, and look forward to renting this home in the future.
