A 30 minute drive to P-Town for a 1/2 day (or day) adventure. There is an updated kitchen, new back deck with grill & a good size yard. It is a quiet neighborhood with right-of-way access to Little Pleasant Bay for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding

Stayed Aug 26, 2025My sister, my daughter and I had the absolute best time. The house is close to both ocean and bay beaches, village of O’rleans with cute shopping and Farmers Market, close to 6 to take you to Eastham, Wellfleet and Province Town.We bought fresh fish and cooked at the house, washer and dryer a super bonus.House feels spacious, large bright rooms, neighbors not on top of you.On the down side furnishings are dated and uncomfortable. Overall would stay again

Stayed Jul 13, 2025We had a great time in Orleans. House was as described. The provisions left in the fridge were a welcome touch. Everything was close by. The a/c was great. We really loved relaxing and playing games on the deck. Thanks for a great week!

Stayed Aug 12, 2024The location is unbeatable if you love Nauset Beach. We have high expectations for our stays, which is why we rated the cleanliness 3/5. While the overall floor plan was very clean, the cabinets and shelves could use some extra attention. It’s clear that the house has had some great upgrades, and it’s just a few improvements away from being perfect! We will definitely be keeping an eye on this house for future trips.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969East Orleans is awesome! We love Larry and Jia’s classic retro beach cottage. They were wonderful hosts and it reminded us of going back in time for a Cape Cod Classic vacation!

Stayed Aug 10, 2019My family had such a great stay. The house was just as pictured in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The deck and yard were great for spending some time outside. During our stay we accidentally locked ourselves out. Larry was great. He helped us get back in on no time. A hidden gem for sure.
