The grandkids went swimming at least twice a day and became water babies. We lazed around, went on a few items, and returned to a lovely house in a great neighborhood where we took daily walks. Lots of linens, good service when we needed it. Don't forget your grocery bags!

The neighbourhood is lovely to walk in, quiet and picturesque and close to Koffi for its muffins and superb coffee. Golf at Indian Canyon South is close. The house is a wandering delight with three great bedrooms plus a master bedroom, overlooking the pool, that is huge, well decorated with a walk in closet and oversized bathroom. The pool table in the living room was also greatly appreciated. Each evening we put together a PS Breeze with juice from the grapefruit tree in the side yard. (There is also a gym to burn off all the those extra calories) All in all the November we spent there was a delight.

Truly incredible large house with great floorpan and massive rooms for flexible situations. In one of best neighborhoods. Beware though that 3 of the 4 bedrooms have only sheer drapes (and NO drapes on some small windows) - no one in our group could sleep past 7 am as a result. Also the pool in in disrepair, very rough edges we got several scrapes on our bodies.

Positives: very comfortable indoor space, the home gym is amazing, kitchen has everything you need. Negatives- binder has no useful information. Pool controls don't work. Spa heating did not work separate from pool. Outdoor furniture needs clea6

It was a great home for our family get away. There are a couple of things about the description of rooms and how to operate spa/pool things that need updating. 1. Is there are 3 King beds and 1 queen bed. 2. The spa instructions are all wrong and out of date in the book at entry (spa buttons and lights are located on the wall behind the BBQ), 3. Kitchen utensils/knifes were damaged or not sufficient for doing all the cooking we did. 4. It states absolutely no outside music and limited noises outside. Just to be aware if you like to listen to music outside around the pool. But over all we had a wonderful time. Great home, we would rent it again. Thanks so much

We rented this home for our 30th wedding anniversary. The house is beautiful but does need some work - which is expected in an older home. First things first... most all of the instructions in the book are outdated. The instructions for working the TVs and the Pool/Spa are all no good. There is no longer Time Warner Cable TV service .. it is all via ROKU. The house could use some WiFi extenders for the two furthest rooms from the closet that houses the WiFi router. The signal is very weak and often will clock while it searches for a signal. When we first arrived the internet was down and the security panels on the walls were constantly trying to reconnect and making a bunch of noise. I found the closet that housed the modem/router and rebooted the whole system. Once it came back on-line everything was good. Hulu Live is the choice for Live TV/News, etc. Would be good if the book was updated with all the new information. The pool equipment page in the book refers to a wall panel which is disconnected. They recently redid a bunch of the pool / spa controls and none of that is referenced in the book. The controls are found on the cinderblock wall in front of the pool equipment. Now to the good... the fireplace and firepit are awesome.. the furniture is super comfortable as are the beds. There is plenty of space to spread out. The pool table offered many hours of fun.. The spa heats up quickly and if you opt to have the pool heated - it is PERFECT especially on colder days. Lots of bath towels and pool towels. This home is very well stocked in the kitchen... Plenty of pots and pans of all sorts... the pans look a little beat up and I could only find one spatula but plenty of spoons. We did cook several meals and if you are used to a gas stove, this electric stove has a learning curve. But everything turned out great. Super easy to find and get into and close to grocery, shopping and food. Thanks for the great stay!

Inside the house looks better than the photo, the pool is awesome but smaller than the photos made it looks. Overall we love this house

They beds were not very comfortable. The house needs a bit of updating, some things are starting to show wear and tear. The artwork is not family friendly. The air conditioning requirements made for some hot nights. The pool and pool table were great but I would not stay in this house again. They kitchen didn’t have a spatula or any bbq tools.
