Plays well with others!

Loved everything about this house. Private, clean, and modern. Had all the furnishings we needed for 4 night's. We will be back. Only negative thing which was not due to host, was Conway fire ban so we were unable to have a fire outside. Also they had a dog bed and my dog was thrilled.

The house and location was absolutely wonderful. We had a wonderful time and there's plenty of space for everyone to feel cozy and at home. Can't wait to come back!!

We loved our stay! The house was cozy, clean, and well supplied. Abbey’s team was great at communicating, they responded right away any time we needed anything. We especially loved the ping pong table and hot tub!

An adorable little house for the week our floors were being done (last week of March). Nice property that would be superb in any season (but obviously a bit muddy when all is thawing). Dog fence would be terrific, but we did fine without as our pups are pretty obedient. Thankfully no bear, deer or coyote sightings to get our crazy Goldie wound up. We live very nearby, so we know just how GREAT the location and area are! Can’t be beat!! Nice that the basement area is finished and allowed hubby to watch his action flicks where I didn’t have to hear. The stairs down are a bit treacherous though, especially for our little Corgi. Everything was super clean, and everything worked just fine other than some of the hot tub jets. But that too was clean, and nice and hot, even on the 30 degree nights. The kitchen is very well stocked with almost anything one could need for cooking and eating. Granite counters - great for hot pots and pans!! And far better organized than most other rentals we have used for vacations before. Only criticism is that the leather couch seat cushions are so worn/squished that sitting for the duration of a movie left my back quite out of whack. Maybe I’m just old?Oh, and Abbey at the management company apparently never sleeps! I messaged about a small issue at about 9:30 pm on a Saturday night and she responded right away. Had it been anything serious, I have no doubt it would have been taken care of quickly. So 5 stars despite the couch cushions.

it was a perfect spot for a little girls get away!

we brought friends up to Maine for the first time. spent time working our way down the coast ending in North Conway. We were very pleased with our accommodations.Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one.

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Close to story land and downtown North Conway shopping which is exactly what we wanted. The home was clean and cozy perfect to go back to and relax after a day of adventuring around. The hot tub was a wonderful addition and enjoyed a lot!

Loved what the house had to offer and location. But we had some concerns— the router needed to be rebooted 3times during our stay, the heat was a little confusing we used the fireplace and raised the thermostat in bathroom which said for main floor. More directions would help. Carpet has a corner both upstairs and downstairs that curls. The tape upstairs did not keep it down. There were ants I know it is the season but spraying it help. The spa looked cloudy when we arrived but company came on Friday to service but it seemed heavily chlorinated. The weather was cool and we were busy but a little disappointing. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty. I would hope this is a new rental and will work on the yard. They could use a turn around area and grading. We did enjoy the Conway and all it has to offer. The ping pong table was also enjoyed everyday. Don’t want to be negative but thought you might want to know the issues Thanks. I
