Welcome to Playa Kas, the ideal space for a romantic couple's getaway. Situated on the intracoastal, the water views will take your breath away. Contemporary design, natural finishes, and a neutral color palette are elegant yet comfortable. The vaulted ceiling and large glass doors create an inviting ambiance. The kitchen features white quartz countertops, a large farmhouse sink, stainless steel appliances, including a glass cooktop and oven combination, and a large refrigerator with ice andwater in the door. It is the perfect spot for quiet morning breakfasts or late-night romantic dinners. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and an oversized dresser. The bright en-suite bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower and large vanity. Whether it is relaxing by the pool or walking to the beach, Playa Kas is the ideal location for the 2 of you to escape and relax.

Kitchen - Quartz countertops, large peninsula with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator with water and ice in the door, glass cooktop and oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters/pods are not always available.

Main Bedroom: King-size bed, large 5-drawer dresser, closet, blackout curtains

Bathroom: Tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, vanity and toilet

Outdoors: Balcony with large captain chairs, shared pool, sun loungers, dock, 2 beach chairs, a cooler, umbrella, beach wagon

Exterior cameras are present for security and insurance purposes. Tampering with cameras will result in a penalty fee. This property has cameras in the following locations: 1 at the front door and 1 at the rear balcony.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Only 2 vehicles permitted in the driveway. No additional parking provided.
