Plantations East dog-friendly townhouse with fireplace & water view

Older rental with general signs of wear and tear but clean and comfortable. Close to all local attractions, especially easy during off season. Recommend a good carpet clean and blinds in kitchen for privacy, but otherwise a good deal for location and space.

I had a little trouble with the code to get in but the place was very nice and clean. The bedrooms were very homey and comfortable. The rugs need to be cleaned and outside porch also. There were spiderwebs. But as a whole, I enjoyed my stay!!! The location was perfect for shopping, restaurants and Rehoboth Beach.

Property was great. Had everything you need to feel comfortable. Check in and check out was easy. Short drives to shops, beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. Property could use a little upkeep. Light carpets showed some stains, doors to bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs didn’t close all the way from swelling with the moisture, baseboard next to the dishwasher wasn’t nailed to the wall. Other normal where and tear on the walls from moving furniture and bags in and out. All in all we were happy with the property and would rent it again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in this nice townhome, it was clean and comfortable. The location was great - very close to everything we wanted to do.

The home is nicely appointed, large, very clean, and conveniently situated about a 10-15 minute drive to Rehoboth and Lewes. There were a few minor issues that we needed to address with Vacasa, and the staff was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable, but the upstairs rooms need room-darkening shades, and one needs a ceiling fan. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

All in all a solid space. Older rental with signs of general wear and tear but clean. New appliances in kitchen, comfortable beds. Location is great, especially in off season. Plenty of space for a family. Quiet at night, tucked away from the noise of the main roads. Had an issue connecting to wifi which I figured out, but service was quick to respond and followed up next day.

overall a good stay. neighborhood is lovely but he state of the house was really dirty. stains all over the carpet and dirty sheets in the closet of one of the bedrooms.

This rental was super clean , comfortable and welcoming. We loved everything about it except our neighbor kept complaining about the “noise” my son was making between the hours of 4-7 pm. It was very stressful to say the least . She would show up to our door and stare at us - would not ring the bell - just stare. I felt very uncomfortable but could not imagine an older lady harming us. I would not stay in this rental again - which saddens me because it’s indeed beautiful. Also there is no pool - which we were greatly disappointed. A fire occurred in January 2024 - which closed down the pool. We had confirmed there was a pool - but that was inaccurate.

This property offers everything you need for a quick getaway. The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. I would recommend this property.

This is a lovely quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pool. I think you actually need a pool pass or something.the only issue we had was the trash outside was overflowing. We didn’t get to enjoy the little porch as the can was right there.

Quiet location, plenty of room

Very gorgeous property in a gated community with nice neighbors around! Quiet for our infant, and enough space for our small family and my parents to be together under the same roof, extremely close to everything we needed. Thank you for a great weekend, I’ll be saving this home for our next trip to Lewes!
