Definitely bring misquote spray

It was a neat little spot, had a little more wear and tear than the pictures. It is pet friendly host didn’t have a problem with my service dog. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but I’m from ft smith and had just came down to pick my brother up so got somewhere to stay. Found out we just needed one night so left early. The only reason not a 5 star is because the host said it smelled like smoke in the place. But we didn’t smoke inside there is a sign on the fridge that says no smoking of any kind inside. I’m ex military and am respectful to rules so made sure to smoke outside only. Sorry if it smelled like smoke inside but we didn’t smoke inside.

They came out and met us as we pulled in, welcomed us and answered all of our questions.

We loved this place! We will definitely rent again when we come back to Fort Smith!

Super fun place to stay, impeccable theming with lots if sweet surprises. Great yard for our doggo. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, nicely stocked kitchen (yay for keurig). Our hosts were super welcoming.

Very clean and comfortable spot. The hot tub and pool table were a welcome bonus, and of course the pirate theme was great.

My Sister and I had a great time. The house was clean. Setup exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom amenities, Kitchen and Living Room made us feel like a home away from home. We love the Pirate theme throughout the house and property. From Hot Tub to Hot Bath everything was well maintained. Location to downtown Ft Smith and surrounding area was perfect for our needs. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to last minute details! We look forward to a return trip!!

Very relaxed environment, was close to many eateries. The hot tub was wonderful and the shower head was just as relaxing. I would recommend this unit to amyone.

Phenomenal host and family. Came down for a military funeral. They met with us and gave their love and support while respecting our privacy. Went out of their way to accommodate and meet needs of my service dog. Best VRBO I’ve ever stayed at.

This is an excellent alternative to hotels. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is clean. The kitchen has enough equipment to be able to do some cooking.

Nice area, the owner is buying and remodeling adjacent properties into different themes. Met us when we arrived to give us some local info on things to do and places to eat.

This was a great place to stay and Shayne is the perfect host. He was quick to respond to all communication and very informative and knowledgeable about both Ft. Smith and Van Buren. He and his family were all nice and friendly. The garage apt. was very clean and smartly decorated. It was a good place, close to downtown and what I needed. I will stay here again!
