Stayed May 24, 2024Beautiful property, my kids loved the ping pong table. Nice deck. Lower level was very chilly. Refrigerator not in kitchen. Not alot of kitchen equipment for cooking. Very clean. Good location for what we needed

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed Cape Cod /Chatham. The house was adequate. Pros: large common areas. Close to shopping, beaches and town. Cons: property managers were impossible to reach. Temperature was set at 71 and could not be changed. Poorly stocked kitchen—example -no towels. Pond was not close. Furniture in the living room and dining room is outdoor furniture.

Stayed Aug 2, 2022Lovely home. One of the rooms/bath is in basement so quite separate from the group. Never found the pond. Extremely clean. Was confused about the thermostat- the manager was instantly able to resolve with one call. 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Stayed Jul 5, 2022The house had everything we needed for a week with family. The kitchen had the essentials for making meals. The bedrooms were clean. It was a short drive to downtown and the water.

Stayed Jul 14, 2022My family and I had a nice time in Cape Cod and the house served its purpose. Pros: lots of bedrooms and common spaces. Property manager very easy to communicate with and was helpful. Close drive to the beach. Cons: downstairs rooms were very cold (62 degrees). Mold in downstairs bathroom. Sliding doors/floor thresholds broken. Kitchen not well stocked for basic items (eg no dishcloths, only one small saucepan). Listing says close walk to pond but over a mile away. The house could use a little more of a makeover but it was a good space for our group.

Stayed May 9, 2022This property is perfect! It’s a bright, sunny and beautiful layout inside. The outside is adorable with the gardens and the deck. I would definitely stay at this property again! Definitely an awesome choice for us!
