Step outside to a wraparound deck that spills into a huge grassy wraparound yard, which is perfect for kids, pups, lawn games, or simply soaking up that fresh coastal air.The Pacific Ocean beach is just a 15-minute walk away, and with vehicle access on the sand, you can pack up the car and roll right onto the shoreline. Golfers will love being only a 10-minute stroll from Highlands Golf Club, too.

Inside, the home feels clean, cohesive, and effortlessly cool with a mid-century-modern design that keeps things polished but never fussy. Curl up with a book in the sunroom overlooking the gorgeous backyard, cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, and relax in the primary suite with its Jacuzzi jetted tub and giant closet. Thoughtful extras like a backup generator offer peace of mind during coastal storms, and with space for up to two pets, your favorite four-legged companions are welcome to join the getaway.

Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.

The minimum age for renting is 25 years old.

Please note that the grill will only be available for use from May to September.
