Clean, well supplied home on a lake with Pool and nice game room. This group of old men playing golf will certainly rent this house again!

Check in was easy. Lots of room for our family. The view of the lake was amazing.

This house was a great find. It was a birthday trip with My son and his friends. The house had just about everything else you could need in the kitchen but a blender. It even had pool towels. It has a drip coffee pot for those that like coffee and need to know what to bring, although there was coffee and plenty of filters there. The layout was awesome and so many courses to golf nearby. I really enjoyed the screened in porch and paddle boarding (I brought my own). Boys enjoyed the pool and playing cards and the pool table every night. My only complaint is lack of response from the property management prior to my stay. I had asked multiple questions via the chat feature, had no response so called. Most questions answered but they could not answer all and never got back to me with answers.

Had a great time with the three families, plenty of room for the 5 kids to play as well as their own room to have to be all together! Our favorite part was the Carolina room and the pool.

Very relaxing stay in a great house with plenty of room. Pool was great, clean and the perfect temperature. Beds were comfy and the screened in porch was so relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The Lake House met all our needs. Close to courses, dining and entertainment. Big enough for 8 and can even cook dinners for the group. The pool is a nice perk as well. We'll be back.

Chose Sandhills because they have a nice presence, multiple properties.Our lake house was perfect...we had a couple of paddleboarders in the group. Pool is cool.

This house was a great place for our group. Well located to golf, plenty of beds and good areas for gathering our group together for activities (pool, cards, swimming). 5/5 stars all around!

The money put into the house was great, especially the removal of the trees as we are avid yard game players. Even with the upgrades, there are still some room for improvements. The wood on the porch and especially the stairs to the pool need to be replaced. We had a guy cut his foot pretty good on the stairs at the pool. Also, better lighting for the back and side yards at night. We like to hang out after dark and it just wasn't possible. Ideally the house would have 2 more beds to accommodate our group better as well.

Plenty of hot water, the kids all loved the fabulous bath tub and showers. Very convenient to all the shops but in a quiet location. Private lake so no commercial boat rentals available, water low enough to walk into lake with our own kayaks. Deck will need renovating very soon.

The house was very welcoming and well supplied for our convenience. We were able to have meetings in the sitting room for our sessions. The dining room was perfect for the central location for distributing retreat materials. With various ages ranging from 19-67 we were able to sit in intimate age groups. We loved being to look out on the water (paddle boats would have been a nice touch) and enjoy the pool. The sleeping quarters worked perfectly. All 14 of the ladies were perfectly please. The only challenge was figuring out the light switches for each living space but we worked that out. We will definitely keep you in mind for future rentals.
