The villa “95 Palmetto Road”

is located directly on the 2nd fairway of golf course no. 2, where the US OPEN 2024 will be held this year. The fairway can be seen from the balcony on the second floor.

The villa is set in a large garden with beautiful plants and trees and a heated pool.
The house consists of a main house and a garden house, which can also be used separately. A garage for two vehicles and a golf cart (4-seater), which can be used by arrangement/extra Fee 60p.D.

Stunning historic home in the village, right across from Hole #2, Course #2. Big and spacious bedrooms. Pool was an added amenity. Short walk to the main Pinehurst village, Golf cart was great too! From growing up in Pinehurst, this home took me back 60 years to a more peaceful and tranquil time. Kudos !
