Designed specifically for mid-term stays ranging from 30 to 120 days, this updated Pinehurst ranch offers the perfect balance of a functional workspace, modern amenities, and peaceful outdoor living.

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of the closet within the primary bathroom, garage, golf cart, and indoor fireplace. These areas and amenities are not available for guest use.

Driveway parking is limited to a maximum of three vehicles.

Keyless entry door codes are generated and sent exactly 48 hours prior to your 4:00 PM check-in, but will only be released if a signed rental agreement has been completed.

Our standard property rules (7 guests max, 3 cars max, no parties, no smoking, no pets, and 4 exterior security cameras) are strictly enforced.

Guests assume direct personal financial liability for any damage, breakage, or missing inventory.
