Pinecrafthas plenty of gems, but this one's a pearl. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom house is designed for up to four guests, making it a wonderful fit for couples, friends, or small families traveling together. Each bedroom features a queen bed, creating restful spaces to unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the home provides the essentials for an easy stay with a comfortable living environment and the space you need to settle in. The layout supports both short visits and longer stays, and guests appreciated the calm, homey feel throughout the property. With its unique character and practical two-bedroom setup, this home offers a simple, pleasant base for your Sarasota getaway.

We know contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you after you book) — then it's all fun from there! *Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Pet Policy: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $500 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down during this time.

4. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at Coastal Lodge!
