Pineapple House - near beaches - private SOUTH facing POOL & HOT TUB - walkable

We loved our stay at this property. It was perfect for 3 couples. It was well appointed… it had everything we needed! The outdoor area was beautiful… palm trees, a pool and a hot tub! Loved the decor and layout. I hope we can return some day!

Perfect for our family (of 5) vacation. We enjoyed the privacy and tropical-feel of the backyard. Great location, short drive to beaches and close to everything that one could possibly need. :)

Loved everything about this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool was amazing and very well maintained, and the backyard quickly became our favorite spot. It was the perfect space for evening BBQs, game nights, and spending time together. Another huge plus was the location — it was just a short drive to the beach, dining spots, and shopping, making everything convenient and easy to enjoy. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property to others!

Clean cozy home. Recommend for a stay in beautiful Sarasota. Everything you need is available. Full kitchen supplies/ house supplies. Beach gear, towels, chairs, ice chests, rafts, etc. Worked well for us. Landscaping and pool area is not what it looks like in pictures. Not what I expected. However it is clean and has a pool / spa. Great communication from host!

This place was amazing and exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a fun place for your family this is a must super close to the beaches and right in the center of everything to do! We were in town for graduation and it was a perfect place for our mini vacation. Communication was easy check in was easy and everything was just as we needed!

We love the Pineapple House. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and shopping. The back yard is secluded and scenic with a nice pool. This was our third time staying there and everything was just as we expected it to be. Christine was great to work with, as usual. We will be back!

Perfect house for our family! We had everything we needed for beach days and to make our meals on the days we ate at home. Great location - five minutes to Trader Joe's and Publix, very close to Siesta Beach and Lido Beach. Christine was available to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We would stay again if we come back to Sarasota.

The pineapple house lived up to our expectations . A five star vacation. Christine was a text away for any questions. The home is well kept, kitchen has lots of spices and extra amenities in the cupboards. The oool,hot tub, and backyard made the vacation as we spent most of our time outside. Our dog had plenty of space to get her exercise. Close to everything with a car.We would love to come back another time.

Wonderful family vacation spot! The pool was a hit with our graddaughters and offered the perfect amount of shade and sun. The patio umbrellas were a huge help. The house had plenty of room for our group of 5 baby. Christine made travel easy complete with pak'nplay and booster seat. Great kitchen, fully equipped with everything we needed for stay-in meals. The distance to the beach wasn't bad, but go early to find parking and a good beach spot. The location was ideal - close to groceries, restaurants and airport. Don't miss taking the trail adjacent to the house to Rendezvous French Bakery! Almond croissants to die for!Christine was a fabulous host, answering questions promptly and very helpful. The place was extremely clean too! A few of the outdoor furniture pieces were tired but understandable with the Florida sun.Great family vacation! Thanks!

Christine was the best host I’ve EVER had at a vacation rental. She was very good at communcating and extremely flexible and accommodating! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the backyard. The house was very comfortable for all of us and has everything we needed. Definitely would recommend!

This house has it all! We booked on a last minute change of plans and are so glad we picked this house. The home comes with everything you need, whether it’s a pool day or going to the beach, you are well covered with towels, chairs, and more. There are ample kitchen supplies, too. The backyard is truly beautiful with the pool, hot tub, fire pit and grills. Location is great, with walking to a lot of restaurants and short trip to the beach. Christine was an incredible host and cannot recommend this place enough!

Four of us — two couples — had a wonderful ten days at Pineapple House. The house was quiet and comfortable, and the backyard pool and hot tub area was an oasis. The owner was instantly responsive when we had questions or problems. She said she wanted us to have a perfect vacation, and she succeeded.

This house was great for a long weekend getaway! Christine was a great host and made sure she was available if we had any questions. The house, property, pool and all the extras were awesome. Christine was very helpful and responsive when we needed something. Lots of extras for our family to use and enjoy. However we had thought we could walk to the beach when we booked the place, but no worries. It's only an 8 minute drive or ride on trolley. We definitely recommend and maybe we'll visit again...

Family of four (mom/dad7yo2yo) Host is amazing! Accommodated our request for an early check in to get us into the home in time for the toddler to take a nap! Home was clean, access (key code) was easy peasy and the kitchen well stocked. There was even those “oh we forgot” bathroom items which came in handy. We used all the beach essentials and loved that we didn’t have to mess with renting anything. Owner was receptive to input and was communicative without being overkill. She touched base to ensure all was well but didn’t really bug us with anything unless prompted. Check out was a breeze.We loved the quiet neighborhood vibe, walking path, nearby Aldi and great restaurants within walking distance (Baker Wife). Even tough out next adventure will take us somewhere else, we’d stay here again in a breeze! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the pineapple house. It was clean and well equipped with anything we needed. The location is great to go to Siesta Key, Lido beach and UTC. The pool was a hit with my daughter and having pool floats and toys was a huge help. The hot tub was great to relax in at night when it got a little cooler. We hope to make a return visit sooner than later. Christine is a great host with superb communication.

Hot tub was great. All the beach amenities were SOOO helpful. This house had everything you could need - towels, chairs, bikes, umbrella, a cooler. The pool was super clean. We loved the pineapple house!!!

The house was lovely and perfect location for what we needed which was to explore the nearby beaches . It was exactly as described and lots of things available to use . The only issue we had were we arrived on Sunday and the pool was really dirty and not cleaned until the Tuesday, but once it was cleaned it was good. Bins outside in the garden were not collected until following Friday , they were full when we arrived and the smell was really bad, they were infested with maggots and flies . Under the beds was not clean and there were items of clothing left from previous occupants in drawers .We had an issue with the app and therefore could not contact the host . I tried the phone number supplied on a number of occasions but no reply . I also contacted VRBO and asked for them to forward messages on, and contact the host on our behalf to let them know we were struggling to read messages or communicate. They passed on the emails which had been sent, but would not contact the host on our behalf and give them alternative contact details. This was disappointing .

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely incredible. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood close to everything!! The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect for my kids! Everything was so clean too!! Can’t wait to book again!

This house was perfect for our family. The pool was great for the kids. The house was stocked with kitchen amenities, bathroom supplies, pool toys, beach gear and bikes. Bikes were awesome! Second refrigerator too! Located in a quiet neighborhood and on a short greenway. Perfect entertainment and a short drive to the best beaches!

We booked this property to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. We had a great time! Definitely enjoyed the pool to escape the heat as well as the closeness to the beach and great restaurants nearby. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host is great, answered any questions promptly. Definitely recommend!

This was our second stay at the property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We like everything about this property. The house has a nice layout and the backyard is secluded and private The pool is large and the large umbrellas are a nice touch. The umbrella on the east end of the pool can be opened to shade part of the pool until midday. The property is in a good location close to several restaurants. Highly recommended.

Second year in a row staying here for a week. The place was even better than last with a new fridge and new touches around the property. The backyard was just as fantastic. Communication with the owner is always top notch. The location is 15 minutes from just about anywhere you want to go in the area.

We stayed in Sarasota for a week getaway. The home was in a great location with easy access to beaches and restaurants. Host was responsive.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pineapples House. The property is very well maintained, clean and provides everything you need and more to accommodate your stay. Location is very centralized, everything is within 4 miles. We were able to bike down to the water, drive to siesta key beach in minutes and we’re close by some great Restaurants including our favorite, Tralia Pizza in Gulf Gate. Highly recommend this property, we’ll be back!

The pineapple house was one of the best equipped short-term rentals I've had the pleasure to stay in, and I've stayed in many. The house was impeccably clean, well stocked, and the outdoor space was fabulous. The hot tub and pool was a great treat after hours of playing golf in the Florida sun. I highly recommend the short term rental and will return many times when I visit Florida.

My husband and 3 teenagers had the best time. The house is exactly as described. It’s a beautiful home, inside and out. It is fully stocked with everything you would need and was very clean!! The host was very accommodating and helpful. Beaches, shopping, restaurants and fishing are all a short drive away.

We traveled to Sarasota for Spring Break 2025. The house, pool, and property was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything you would need for a week long stay. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, & pool/sand toys. Nicely located between Siesta Key and Lido Beach. Both have beautiful beaches and some great restaurants. Christine was a great hostess checking several times making sure everything was ok. We had a family of four, including 2 teenagers. The house was plenty big for our family and we loved the pool/hot tub for quiet days at home or evenings after a day at the beach. We would highly recommend this property.

My wife, teenage daughter, and myself enjoyed our stay in March 2025 (4 days). The backyard was private and the pool was wonderful. We spent more time enjoying the pool than traveling to the beach--Siesta Key Beach is approximately 20 minutes away by car depending on the time of day. There are plenty of pool toys, bikes, and a well-stocked kitchen.

The property manager was amazing and so responsive. With any questions or issues we had immediate responses. Good location to many amenities. The pool was a little chilly due to a solar pool heater but this won’t be an issue as it gets warmer. We really enjoyed our stay.

We could not have dreamt of a more perfect month in Sarasota! It all centers on this wonderfully situated home, gorgeous tropical backyard, and massively well-equipped and comfortable living space. The house is walking distance to everything - restaurants, grocery stores, gym, shopping. It's a short drive (or bike) to the most beautiful (and huge) beach (Siesta Key), and not too far from downtown for culture and fun. The backyard has an immaculate, deep and perfectly temped pool, lots of sitting/relaxing choices, a hot tub, a fire pit, a grill, and is completely fenced with a boarder of palm trees for privacy (and exploring for our pets). The main bedroom has the most comfortable bed, and the living space is spacious and easy. Also, the kitchen has everything you need for gourmet meals galore. We absolutely loved our stay (it helped the weather was perfect), and we're already planning our return. Thank you to Christine for being the best, most responsive and accommodating host!

The house is i great place to get away and enjoy the beach and house pool and hot tub. Second time staying and definitely would come back. Great host. The only thing I wish was the the pool was a little warmer but we are from Ohioso can be too picky

My husband and I stayed here in January. The weather was so cold, 40s and 50s. I purposely book a home with a hot tub because of this, and I’m so glad I did! The house was clean, decorated tastefully, and had everything we needed. It was an extra bonus that there was toilet paper, laundry detergent, hand and dish soap, etc… especially since it was just the two of us and we needed very little.All of the tvs were new, you can just log into whatever subscription you use at home. There were many bikes, floaties, and towels. I would definitely rent here with a family of 5/6 or even two smaller families. The pool is huge, so kids would have the best time!

Pineapple house is a great vacation rental! It has a fabulous backyard with hot tub, pool, picnic table, firepit. Inside, there are most of the basic necessities that you may need as well as all cooking utensils, etc. The location is great, just a few miles from the beaches and restaurants. (Some restaurants are within walking distance).The place was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is quiet and tidy. Christine responds quickly to all inquiries. I highly recommend this vacation rental!!!

We had a wonderful family vacation at the Pineapple House. First, it was spotless and completely updated and the perfect size for our family of four. It was stocked really well, like our host thought of everything! The pool and hot tub were fantastic and we were just a short drive from shops and restaurants and activities. We will definitely be returning!

Also the king and queen beds were unbelievably comfortable. After a day of being out and about it was a delight to come back to the hot tub and pool in the backyard. Also, having a place to do laundry and access to beach accessories was very convenient. We’re looking forward to staying here again next time we are in Sarasota.
