The top level of this breathtaking home features three spacious en suite bedrooms, each offering a unique and serene experience. The two bedrooms on the north end include private balconies—one with sweeping oceanfront views, and the other showcasing stunning sunsets. Separating these rooms is a seating area with its own ocean view windows, open to the floor below. The other side of the top floor is dedicated entirely to the expansive primary en suite, offering mesmerizing ocean views and a private oceanfront balcony. The suite also includes an oceanfront balcony for enjoying sunsets, creating an open, airy feel. The spa-like bathroom features custom tile, double vanity sinks, a jetted tub, and a separate shower.



The heart of the home lies on the main level, where the open great room impresses with soaring cathedral ceilings and a wall of windows that frame the stunning ocean views. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Pool will open May 1st and close Oct 15th**

Pine Island is an exclusive vacation community located in Corolla in the northern Outer Banks. Known for its luxurious homes, uncrowded beaches, and tranquil setting next to the Pine Island Audubon Sanctuary, it offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Currituck Sound. With amenities such as multiple pools, tennis courts, bike paths, and direct beach access, Pine Island offers it all.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines of up to $300: late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
